Another skip (for Mission 4):

CrimsonxxMana, that glitch of yours sounds promising. I think Mission 2 desperately needs skips...

I've tried replicating it but I'm not sure how I did it in the first place though. I'll try re-tracing my steps.

Edit: So I found out how to replicate it, what you need to do is jump across the platforms and destroy the door with the Arbiter and then jump off to the right. There must be a trigger box there because it initializes the final sequence where you're trying to escape the area. The only problem is it requires angel boost, on the second platform the distance is too great to cross without it I believe and the final platform where you yank the hallway towards you the floor vanishes. I think the rest of the glitch is possible without any of the later items though.

Failed at finishing the end twice though like an idiot. x.x

Also a side note: If you miss the jump at the end you need to restart at the last checkpoint because you just fall forever for some reason.

WOW! Amazing skips both Mana and Mils, You guys rock, Mils how does the last glitch work? by jumping up all the way does it just assume you have done all the puzzles and places them in order for you?

You can skip the cutscene by using the infinite jump , if you skip it you dont have to activate the 4 puzzles because they are already activated ( Sorry if it is not well explain , english isnt my first language ... )

I can confirm the flying glitch working on the PC version, I managed to replicate it a few times. The timing is extremely hard, but I don't think it's harder than on consoles, although I don't have a comparison as I've only done it on PC.

I think it might be a bit harder. The game for me is running at over 100 fps, the shearing is terrible on it too. The game really needs a V-Sync option. But if its doing its throwing out so many frames the game is probably moving a bit faster on the PC.

There is a vsync option, I have no screen tearing whatsoever.

Edit: Nevermind, I see it now. How did I miss such a blindingly obvious option? Was it there on the first the day and they just patched it in recently?

I don't know, I have vsync turned on since I started playing it.

Also, I read Findlestick's notes on his tutorial video, and his suggestion to not use the 'enemy step' skill really paid off. My success rate of getting infinite flying now has increased from barely getting it to getting it once every 6-8 tries. I can definitely say now that it's not harder on the PC.

The infinite jumping is much harder for me right now, I just can't get the rhythm and I keep doing these smashdown moves, even with the new IJ with fireworks that is so much easier, oh well... as I play with a gamepad, I can set my keyboard bindings specifically for IJ, I think I'll manage to get it someway.

Really? I find IJ with the Ophion Whip and Eryx combo much easier and it gains much more height than the IJ with fireworks. How I do it is hold down RT > press B > tap LT long enough for the following sequence > let go of B and quickly tap X > press B(It'll still register as Eryx's move as your still holding down RT).

PC should be alot easier for IJ seeing as you can bind the buttons to how you like, I imagine most glithcs that arnt frame perfect to be alot easier. Also how are PC loading times, im considering picking it up just to see if its got faster loading times.

I rarely see any loading screens and they last for a few seconds, and I guess the game loads when rendered cutscenes are running, they are skippable pretty fast too. And yes, IJ will be a lot easier once I'll set my keyboard bindings. Consoles and PC are separate category so you shouldn't worry about load time differences, only switch to PC if you are frustrated by the load times on consoles, they aren't timed in a speedrun anyway.

Flying glitch can also be used for breaching walls at certain areas, plus it can realistically be used for general getting around (so long as there are walls or enemies).

I would appreciate an explanation on the glide too. I thought it was just a sword swing next to a wall straight into angel glide but it seems like that isn't the case.
