Audio commentary is nice. Just remember to just tone down the audio and not remove it altogether from your comments. The audio is a valuable part of the experience, so it must not be removed! But on the other hand, audio commentaries are fun, so I like those too. I like the best of both worlds. Usually, if there is just audio commentary and no audio, I just go for the audio.
It's just my thing! (commencing to return to YouTube)
Update: Maybe I could audio commentary this, I've seen runs with commentarys posted by someone other than the runner, see Contra for example. BTW, I speak American, if you need to know.
American, what language is this? I know of English.

Give the kid a break, he's probably like 10 and hasn't taken any Social Studies classes yet.

LOL I guess you are correct, my bad.
I want to learn how to speak American!!!! (commencing to learn the new language)
I'm 12, and American is just English with a Southern/Western/Midwestern/wajamacallit accent. In my case it's Southern. (Commencing to wait for a copy of the run...)
You do realize that there is no way they are going to burn a copy and mail it to you, right?
That's not true.
(If you mail $100 to Mike Uyama, then you get a copy of Verification for Dummies)
That is hilarious. Much more insulting than getting nothing
But in terms of this American/English thing, American English do spell some words differently to European English, so they aren't the same, they're pretty much identical with the exception of some words. Americans spell it as 'color', whereas I spell it as 'colour'.
Hi, guys! I´m new in this forum and I want to talk about a new record in this fabulous game. I love NSMB and I finished it in 25 min and I recorded it (videos in Youtube), but I read the rules of how to record the videos and I didn´t meet them, for this reason, I have to make it again (bufff). This time, I´m going to do it in 24 min, (I am not very sure, but I think that it´s possible to do it), if I don´t get it, I will finish in 25 min.
23 min? WOW! This time is INCREDIBLE! Where can I see this video? I can´t understand how anybody can finish it in only 23 min. 24 min is almost impossible...
There are some improvements like: * Facing to the left before hitting the flagpole * Avoid taking too much damage * A faster final battle strat.
The TAS time is just over 25 minutes only because the World Map screen emulates very poorly that it is around 3-5 times slower than a real DS otherwise the fastest TAS time would be around under 22:40.
This question is for Geenalink. I saw your run and I check that you always start the segments recording how you are into the menu and how you select a option, if I record the run, do I have to record this or I can record when I´ve chosen a option?
Ok! Thanks for the answer, but, I have two questions more. Recording the sound directly, I need to plug a cable to the camera, can I plug this cable in all cameras? Is it very expensive?
I've only ever done it plugging the cable from DS to computer, recording sound separately and combining with video again later; I'm not sure whether any or all cameras can record via that cable, but the cable itself is of negligible price.
