I wonder how you handled the massive police fight in Rokkaku-dai. I love that battle only because it's complete instinct and you have no idea what's going on. What's really bad is if you get knocked down, but that's what the reset button is for.
At first, I boosted through the initial 23 policemen, knocking down 2 of the 3 black ones, tagging one black, and getting tackled by a gray one. I lose about 3 seconds getting up and immediately boosting, but from there the battle went smooth. I even anticipated where Hayashi would spawn.

For the cranes in 99th St., did you tag them from the wires, or did you stay on ground level? I find them easier from the ground.
Better step your scale of awesomeness higher than that. I tagged (starting with the top left one, as the bottom left one brings me to the wires) all the ones once I was in the wires from the wires, hopping off, tagging, and landing back on the wires.
Of course, the right section of 99th is a lot harder to trigger mid-air tagging of the searchlights, so I missed the first, and did all ground from there.

For Tagger's Tag in the next segment, you should go in with max graffiti cans. It makes Tagger's Tag easier (you can spray the first Poison Jam guy before he reaches the next room). Also, bumping them may cause them to enter paths that make them very hard to spray, so don't bump them.
Thanks, I'll definitely use the tip about having 30 cans, I'll nuke any segment where I don't kill at least 1 Poison Jam member by the first room.

For comparison, my best after the sewers is 1:09:xx (from 54:xx after 99th St.), so you should be able to get 1:05:xx.
After Sewers? Or after Sewers + Bottom Point?
