Actually, I touched base with the committee again to confirm,
the reason there haven't been new additions to the schedule is because they are not planning on adding more games right now (other than potentially re-adding Dark Forces, but that's still in the works).

Most of the time gained from the current drops has been invested in donation incentives, which do not appear on the schedule. If there are further drops, games may be added, but for the moment, the committee does not plan on adding anything further.

TL:DR, no new additions other than potentially re-adding Dark Forces
For the Left 4 Dead 2 run, we are concerned about having enough time to get a decent amount of practice, and our practicing means fewer practice computers for the other PC runs.

I brought this up with our tech team and the committee.  We're still organizing stuff with World 9 and will check if they'll bring extra PCs (similar to SGDQ 2015).  I'll let you know when we hear back.

EDIT: World9 is not bringing extra PCs for practicing.  Also, it was brought to my attention that there is already a discussion re: practice machines for your run in the Runner Special Requirements Thread, so for tech-related discussions, please follow up with TestRunner and Omnigamer there.

The committee would like to know if there is a large difference between LAN and online runs that requires extra onsite practice.

Our run doesn't necessarily require extra onsite practice, we were more concerned with the PC block having enough time in general to practice. We didn't want to hog the setups and make others potentially suffer because of it. There is a co-op strategy that depends on two players interacting with each other, used several times throughout the run. It depends on latency, but it only needs two people to perform. Our concerns were further explained here: https://twitter.com/YashichiDSF/status/674689957429047297
Thanks for the schedule update. The Spelunky run on 1/5 at 7:57 AM can have the runners changed to "Kinnijup and BumCommando" as we will be doing a relay run for Spelunky - All Shortcuts + Olmec (as someone from AGDQ suggested in the status of our submissions). We worked out the details of handing off the controller. Thanks for the help and let me know if you have any questions,

Kinnijup(Jamie) and BumCommando(Bom)

Oh man, This schedule is looking pretty hype. If I were to say something, I guess I feel as though Gunstar Super Heroes would fit better before Metroid Fusion instead of before Left 4 Dead 2 since both GSH and Fusion are 2D fast paced shooters on the GBA. It might also be a better transition into the GBA games rather than just coming right from an arcade game into 5 hours of Metroid. If it's just a matter of runners not being able to make it on time for their run, then that's completely understandable. I don't want to cause a half-hour shift back and have people unable to run due to not being able to show up in time. Just thought I'd offer a suggestion that's all.
It'd also be nice if I didn't have to be up at 5 in the morning, but that ain't my call so I don't mind too much.

And now that these changes are finished will the schedule be put up on the main website?

We're adding a changelog from today onward so people know (generally) what's been changed.  Please refer to the OP for the full log.

Sunday, December 13, 2015
- Removed Themartonfi from the Banjo Kazooie race, as he is unable to attend (per email we received on 12/13/2015 at 9:11 PM EST).
- Added 5 minutes to the Super Mario Galaxy setup window to account for showing the final cutscene.
maybe we should see a final schedule and not changelog?
it's mid-december already.
Crawlathon WR, get down on my level.

This is a final schedule. The schedule changes when runners have to drop.
That's nice to hear!
Can we please get one on website with auto timezones, then?

We're working on it, we've completely changed how the schedule is processed and integrated with the website for this event, so it's taken some time to get it working. We had to drop Google Drive as our primary datafeed for scheduling since... somehow... Google is not actually reliable (it actually went down at SGDQ for several hours, and that wasn't the first time).
Ok that makes sense, I remember when that happened.
One hand is enough.
Small request- could it be noted on the schedule that my run of Transformers: Devastation (Monday 9:55 AM) will be done one-handed? I suppose it'll probably be there anyway once all incentives are added in, but that small detail helped increase interest for my run last year quite a bit.
Woah, this schedule change kinda messed me up... I'll still be able to come but I'm gonna have to take another day off of work, which I wasn't prepared for Undecided  The Spooky Games Done Quick block used to be at 9AM on Thursday but now it's 1AM on Wednesday.  Can I get some explanation for that?  I mean, I prefer late at night to early morning because I'm definitely a night owl, but I wasn't expecting to have to take the whole week off of work.

The Spooky Games Done Quick block was moved because the committee didn't want to replace the Vorpal/Cubeface drops (due to marathon length reasons), but they needed to fix the overall timing of major runs in the schedule. Before making this change, the availability of each runner in the Spooky Games Done Quick block was checked (based on what was indicated in your submissions); all of the runners had indicated availability for Wednesday.
We weren't absolutely sure of our schedule when we submitted the game so we put every day as available to add flexibility because we knew we could back out later if it turned out to be a problem.  By the time I was accepted, we figured out that Katgarr would only be able to come Thursday or later, so I put that on our "availability" when we registered the account... I guess I didn't post anything on these forums, so that's my bad, but if I hadn't checked a couple of days ago, I would've missed the run because we would have booked flights for Wednesday.  An e-mail would have been nice Undecided
Cloudbuilt <3 Coilworks
On the schedule it still says there will be a bid war for the character skin on my and Midboss's Cloudbuilt run, but that incentive was actually pulled a while ago since Midboss wouldn't agree. Would you mind updating it to remove any confusion?

I'm confused as to why I wasn't chosen to run Prinny? My button mashing can reach over 20hz! That alone should have been a major deciding factor considering the game rewards button speed, when the runners are otherwise neck and neck. Pink Pajamas and I discussed a co-op run, but that was before a runner was chosen and I was assumed the favored runner (since I have the best time). Now that he was chosen I haven't heard anything, which is questionable.

It's not about the runner imo, it's about the GAME. If there was someone clearly faster then me, I'd want them to run the game plain and simple.

I guess it pays to be friends with the cool crowd? That's literally the only reason I can think of here, and that's pretty lame.

At any rate, I like Pink Pajamas, he's a nice guy and a great gamer. I wish him the best in the run and hope he does his best to both promote the game to people and the charity. Prinny is a very special game that more people need to experience and there are many angles that game has to get people to donate cash to the charity.

PinkPajamas was selected for Prinny based on the content of the submissions; your recorded PB came after that choice was made.
