btw, neskamikaze and I completed our trade. I'm now the proud owner of and will run Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. He has received Starshot, and nearly finished it if not done so already.
I feel I should participate in this but have a severe lack of poverty gaming consoles =(
I could right now offer a PAL Gamecube game that is probably semi poverty (at least it was generally disliked but still has some odd charme) but I think it might turn out to be too frustrating to run (besides, I don't know how long it'd be as I never finished it myself). I wouldn't mind just buying something either, the bigger issue is finding a game for me. Currently I have access to a PAL N64 and PAL Wii (though I can easily run NTSC stuff on it as well) but no capturing system (which I guess wouldn't be too hard to get either), so I guess my preference is PC if anybody would be up for that.
Guess I'm way too specific to find a trade partner.
Sub-Terrania's controls are beyond awful. Vorpaledge likes the game, but he's a grandma pilot, only going at 5 mph (and that's only if those pesky ruffians bump him in traffic!). So until this site becomes senior demos archive, Vorpaledge taught me nothing, thanks jerk! Seriously, everything about this game is ARGGGH.
I hope Vorpaledge is enjoying Hokuto no Ken. His Famicom probably wasn't getting enough love, and now it's going to get plenty of love because he'll get lost in the many many mazes HnK has to offer!
PJ, yes, this means Vorpaledge and I completed our trade, and I doubt we'll be on speaking terms for a long time.

I literally haven't played the game for more than 5 minutes in 10 years.
you'd better be careful, or i'll wave my cane at you from my motorized wheelchair
For reference sake, Rom and I made it to but could not complete stage 5. Stages 6-8 are monsters. I have begun to pity you even though Castelian is an undeniable masterpiece.
I wonder how else you can reduce your technique. Is it only -2 for an enemy hit, or can something like intentionally missing a shot reduce it more (counting up technique points takes a few seconds)?
Also, I like the bird better than the dragon lizard.
Thing is you have to be standing still to take a shot and hitting an enemy drops you down 2 floors, sometimes more, 1 if you're lucky. I'd be surprised if there were a point where taking extra time in the level would net you any saved time with the counter.
Hey PJ, just an idea here: how about a small list of all those who have games and are ready to trade, but are looking for partners? This way people won't have to dig through the pages to find out who has a game ready for X system.

Good idea, Zyre. I added you. I'm trying to think of who else was looking for a partner. I think Mike89 was looking for someone with a SMS but I don't recall. I'll wait for more people to chime in before I make assumptions. <_<
I just picked up an N64 game yesterday that fits this. I've spoken to Animeowzers about trading, but that would mean he'd have to play through and beat the game he mentioned; Ani if you see this, I'll spare you from that and buy it off you, then run it anyway ;), so let me know what you decide.
In the meantime, if someone is itching for a trade, let me know.
I'm game for SNES and NES, as long as I can get my games back, I don't have 2 copies/willing to part with most stuff permanently. I;m mostly sending out for Gens(starting when I get home.).
Off limits are any RPGS, puzzle or racing games.
Nintendo racers aren't that great and I own most of them, and few puzzle games Are SR's and I own most of them too.
