Not that difficult as map markers tell you where to go and it becomes pretty straightforward. The hardest part for me was remembering which of the three paths to take. Two paths are used normally and actually switch back and forth to use between missions. The third path is the swoop backwards at the end mission so that isn't too hard to remember. All paths stem from the clocktower so its relatively easy.
