well, I have the same time now as MrGuy does. Unfortunately Blooper doesn't have HP so I'm not going to own him in the next segment. I still have a little speedtrick for him, though.

This segment was very random, I took a hit in the blooper fight but as random as this segment is, I'm quite pleased with the result. The Thudley room just went perfect.

It may be possible to skip the big Blooper in 3-2 cause I managed to swim in air using a little blooper and it may be possible to swim in air using the Bittacuda. I am looking for more glitches now though. Has any ever considered a 100% run by the way?

Total time 1:21 - still the same time as mrguy

pretty hard segment just as I thought. The most annoying part was the platform in the beginning as you need some luck to reach it as Mario.

I cut MrGuy's time half in that segment, two minutes faster now. Total time: 1:23

Finding Sequence breaks in sort-of-side-scrollers is a pretty tough job (IMO)

3-4 done two minutes faster than MrGuy. I didn't use Thudley vs Francis because it's plain impossible to hit with it.

Maybe it's possible to use the Peach + Carrie trick to skip the bridge in 3-4?

EDIT: Maybe you could use a stopwatch against Francis? If you could find one before that chapter. Or is it too late? That way you would be able to use Bowser plus thudley to end his game really quick.

it's not possible to skip the bridge that way. Unless you can keep the speed when you bounce off an enemy. Then again how would you get back?

It's too late to collect stop watches, no saves. My original plan was to use normal jump and then switch to Thudley and finish of the battle a bit faster but found it near impossible so...

Meh I have a save in 3-1 I'll check out 3-4 see if I can skip the bridge.

EDIT: Not skipped it yet but I know it's possible I can get the speed behind Peach but not enough height but it IS possible.

I don't know if anyone posted this, but in Segment 36 of MrGuy's run, you can quickly get to the mirror hall by flipping right when you get on the bridge towards it. You should try this trick with other places, too.

The trick works for every 3D bridge in the game. If the camera is from a leftwards perspective, you can warp from right sides of bridges to the left sides, and if it is from a rightwards perspective you can warp from the left sides of bridges to the right sides.

yeah that's basicly what I said. You could get there if you could keep the speed when you bounce of an enemy.

BIG glitch for 100% run. First of all you should use the mega level up trick in 1-1 till your attack and HP are decently high. Then when you finish Chapter 1 go in the basement of Flipside where the Pit of 100 trials is. Usually you can't enter this right after Chapter 1( I don't think) But if you use Thoreau to pick a Squig and take him the platform on the very left of B2 then drop him. Now get him to fire a seed. And follow it to where the big block is and jump on the seed and you'll get a little boost up to the block. Flip. Keep on going till you enter the pit. Beat it with your power level and you will Dashell before Chapter 2. Destroy the game with Dashell. The glitch is really hard to do by the way but with practice it can be easy.
