edit: Sorry guys I got a little ahead of myself. I did manage to find a way to clip out of bounds. I am on to something….

Edit2: Wow, now I feel like an idiot. I only found a way to clip out of bounds. >_> I got close to the lower section where the cage is and the second screen fade but I am not able to reach the area. Also, I can't reach the first green lum from where I clip out of bounds. I could post a video of this if you like.

I feel we are close to a new break. To clip out of bounds you want to grab the part of the ledge that is closest to the wall. I have an idea to jump to the left while hanging on the invisible ledge to get some extra height.

You clip back in-bounds. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case cause we could probably reach the lower area if we jump.

There are a few ledges further down. We need to figure a way to get more height so we can either reach the first green lum in the descent or the lower area. Maybe we can clip out of bounds near the door. I was messing around with that but had no luck.

Wait there are dancing fuzzy worms in that room right? Once you are on the ledge, couldn't you fall just barely out of bounds and damage boost a bit? Sounds kinda tas-ey... :/

That could work. Maybe they could boost you up so you can grab onto a higher ledge, then you could jump off and do a fast helicopter boost.

You can not lure the worms over to that area.

Maybe you could helicopter over to the first green lum (right after the first breakable door), to help you get there, are there any spike trees to damage boost off of?

I think if we find a way to clip through the door, that will be a bit more promising. While spamming B and jumping towards one of the corners of the door I managed to see the lower half Rayman's body go through the floor.

No luck for me so far. I got a little farther than in your video--I managed to touch the lava at 0:49--but there's still a ways to go.

I came very close to touching the lava. I'm assuming you die when touching it? (Want to make sure the area is loaded)

Hm, I figured if it wasn't totally loaded you could just walk on it until you reach land. Maybe if you look away it won't be totally loaded since you enter the area in a different way.

I may be wrong but I believe descending on your helicopter sideways gives you more distance. (Hold Z and strafe) I was able to reach the lava a lot easier then going straight.

I think it helps. I have a feeling that when you turn without using Z, it slows down your forward speed so using Z wouldn't do that.

I just confirmed with moonjump that if you can get through the door, you can float to the second green lum pretty easily.

EDIT: You can even float all the way to the loading zone. The ceiling above the door isn't solid, but it's pretty high, so I don't think we can go over it.
