Hello everyone!
I was visiting SDA something like last 10 years I guess since the first time I discover this site.
I'm little bad at speedrunning anything by myself (trust me I've tried a lot) since I'm a bit of a slowpoke, but always like to watch how other people run through the games and what kind of bugs abuse or exciting tricks they can pull, not to mention about frame-perfect execution for all of this scary jumps and other things. And it's always amazing to watch how people can beat the old run for 1 or 2 seconds when it's already nearly perfect and there is no much room for improvement.
So I want to say thanks to all the runners and the people who running SDA! (pun intended)
You're awesome!

Hi I'm Krayzar,

I am a Speedrunner, Nintendo Evangelist, Coder, Karaoke Clown, and Literal Amphibious Cyborg!  I started speed running things in 1993 when I was 8 years old while in the hospital recovering from Kawasaki's disease.  Some kind soul donated a ton of NESs, and since there were so many of the consoles, and not a lot of variety of games, I and the rest of the kids in the ward used to race each other and write down our times on the whiteboards that were supposed to be used for our vitals (ooops  =P).  Ever since then, it's always been something I've done with games I really enjoyed.  Until recently I never thought I was good enough to post videos or compete, but despite my advanced age of 33, I seem to be moderately okay at my bizarre cadre of preferred quickly played games.  =P

I've been a Lurker here since 2004, and I've probably watched everything on the site posted from then to 2012.  So sorry for all the wasted bandwidth, but thanks for the years of enjoyment and inspiration!
Welcome Krayzar (feels odd welcoming someone who's been around so long)! Now let's see some submissions. Wink

I'm a PC games speedrunner. Right now I am running Iji, an iconic game from my past. I also plan on speedrunning EBF4 and will do so later this year.
Hi, i'm pRo9aMeR and I currently hold every World Record that's been attempted in Cities Skylines.  I'm bored; I'm hoping to find more competition here since it seems the previous competitors have since drifted to other games.  A few maps still have unclaimed world records if anyone wishes to have an easy world record Smiley glhf~

Hi @all

my name is Chris, but please go for my nick or the short version Kelry. I am from Germany, so I apologize for my bad English in advance Wink

I am visiting SDA from time to time for years now and watched a lot of the really awesome speedruns. Although I am a regular gamer I never felt up for the task to contribute something.
But since I did a speedrun for a small indie game "The First Tree" (http://speeddemosarchive.com/FirstTree.html) just out of fun, I realized that I am currently the one with the best time out there when I uploaded it on YouTube for publishing it on Steam.

Because this site was always in my mind, I really liked to share it with you and registered up.
But don't expect many speedruns from me, because I am just to lousy Tongue

Best luck to all the runners out there - go for it Grin
