You can never run enough games

Ty the Tasmanian Tiger: Did one run just to stay in practice, got a 1:16, which is 2 minutes behind my PB, due to some pretty silly mistakes in one level.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption: Also did one run, got a 3:29, about 1:30 behind my PB, with most time loss due to messing up a couple of boss strats which I've slightly forgotten how to do, and just some general mistakes in movement.

Nazo no Murasame Jou

First of all, this game has now got a european release in the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS with the name "Mysterious Murasame Castle", so I can recommend anyone interested to give it a shot!

Last few weeks I have really improved a lot, and have got my old 10:4x world record down to 10:12, and a sub 10 run - that once looked impossible - might now be realistic. Reason for the improvement have been overall better execution as well as a lot of newer strats, some discovered by myself but also some by a japanese TAS I somehow had missed on YouTube.

For the marathon I will need to do a safer route though, since the WR route has a lot of risks and as said before, dying in this game isn't really an option. But I should still be able to do a sub-11 run in the marathon if all goes as planned. I'll start working on it in a while.

Based on practice runs:

Tunnel Rats - Marathon run should be somewhere around 30 minutes, haven't practiced much but it's an easy run (45min estimate).

Hitman Blood Money - One more level that I want to re-route, run should take <50 minutes. Run will also be NG+, not that it makes much difference in this case. (1h estimate)

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light - Aiming for ~25 minutes at the marathon. High estimate is still okay because at least one of the levels can randomly glitch out more than intended and there are some glitches we can showcase at the end (45min estimate)

Titan Quest - We did a run that assumed worst possible RNG and got <1:50 but we also had another run that was 1:58 with decent RNG. We don't fully understand how one of the glitches works so when it decides to not work a lot of time can be lost. Adding 10-15 minutes to the estimate might be a good idea. (2h estimate)

1:34:49 with two deaths. Bad final boss rng and missed the hands two times.

also did a run Friday night which ended in 1:35:51 and one run yesterday night which was on PB pace too but I died two times in the stage before the final boss and quite the run. Anyway I'm pretty happy with my PB. This week I'll practice some specifics to either be more consistent with some tedious strats, to get comfortable with strats I sometimes do, or add strats.
