This run will not be submitted as it is not good enough yet. There is a lot of "easy" time I can make up. Also, I don't have a DVD recorder nor do I have the money for one yet.

There's around 2 or so minutes I can save within the first hour and a half. I had the worst Lanayru gate clip I have ever seen.

Yeah, the game just keeps one alive. In Kakariko village, I killed one messenger and shot a bomb arrow hitting the other 2 at the same time. Only one will die. I guess I could attempt a bomb LJA over the Midna trigger to enter hyrule field. It is highly unlikely I'd get enough distance. Another thing is to bomb the boulder close to the trigger and see if there is any possible way to get on the ledge with a LJA in that area. Although that has probably been attempted by now.

Some random stuff. On a different file, before ever doing the canoe minigame, I stole bombs from Iza with ooccoo and did BiT. I have the bow in my inventory from the start, but no bombs.

If a FT IL is attempted, pressing L in the outside section (where you clip the bridge) will make the camera temporarily wonky. Also, Ook is just standing there in front of the door to his room lol. You can target him but can't hit him. That might be known for anyone who has messed with around with cheats. At first I was like wtf, then I realized it was because I never opened the door that activates the Ook cutscene with him cutting down the bridge. Ook's original position just before that cutscene is in front of the door to his room, so it makes sense. Proceed to Ook, Knock him down, kill him with one bomb arrow. The fastest way back is to cross the bridge that Ook never cut down.

The Diababa fight is fast. When Diababa appears, just stand back, L target him, and he's dead with 4 bomb arrows (one to knock him down, one to hit him while down, repeat).
Getting the bow in goron mines just adds more arrows to the bow you already have (no double bow).
With infinte bomb/arrow glitch + BiT, you can skip MDH with original ems.

Sandbagging

A small update :
The Wii finally arrived and I softmodded it to work with NTSC-Imports.
Thanks again to everybody who donated. Especially Externalist. Still can't believe you donated so much. You are amazing Smiley

I'm still pretty swamped with all the exams I have to take care of and after rewatching some of my segments I started thinking about redoing them as they are below my usual standard.
I'm not quite sure if I will give up on the bounty but things are looking like it at the moment.
Working under pressure is realy not something that produces a good run as some of my segments show.
Maybe I will just start from scratch and work on the segments at my own pace to produce the results I want.
Obviously I will never let this run die but maybe there'll only be one segment each 2-4 weeks depending on how hard it is to get perfect luck and execution.

I'll still work on it as much as before but I won't let little things slip (like a bad goat herding time).
I hope you guys understand my decision and will still support me.
See you guys again on segment 1 ^^

P.S.: In 6 months I'll also have to work on my bachelor thesis which turns out to consist of writing 150 pages so I'm not sure if I can even speedrun at all during that time :/

Heya, Exo.

So I've taken FORRRREVER to draw this, but med school is busy. Who knew? Anyway, it's from the Link's Awakening run, but I figure you're paying more attention to this right now anyway. I drew this one with a tablet in Photoshop instead of vectoring it out in Inkscape; not sure how I feel about the softer look. As usual, it was like an hour and a half drawing the pony (half of which nobody can see since she's clipping through the rock -_-;) and like 30 minutes on the background because I am too lazy to make it not look like crap.

Still working on the goat herding in seg 1.
