Sandbagging
There is a difference between rebinding keys to your gamepad and binding something to mwheel to emulate a turbo controller for certain parts of a game.
If there was none SDA might as well allow turbo controllers for pc games.

I am very close to completing this run;

Thing is apparently Mighty Jill Off does have official support (now) for controllers despite what the website says, so now I'm not running it through xpadder the game is a lot more responsive (no input lag) and the boss battle is easier to do as well, the downside is that I had LB and RB for left and right so that I could tap them for a small tweak left and right, either way it's a lot better now and my overall technique for just plain jumping is a lot sharper.
