I'm addicted to games

I am coming.

I can't stay that many days though because of how the time off works at my job. I can arrive either super late on Thursday the 6th (almost midnight) or noonish on Friday the 7th. I will leave mid afternoon on Monday the 10th.

Given this, I'm not sure that the 4H center pricing works for me and I was thinking I could just stay at a hotel instead. I also figured I could pitch in a few hundred $$ for the center though... What do you think?

Awesome, Radix! Staying at a hotel is perfectly fine, and if you really don't mind pitching in money for the center, that would be great.

Speaking of money, I'm going to ask Boniene about payment later this week, and see if we can all just pay the center directly (which means you don't have to paypal me), or if it has to be one lump sum (you do have to paypal me).

Nice to know you're coming, Heidman. If you're leaving on the 11th, then you're staying for 6 days (5-10th), but if you want to stay for some bonus streaming, then that's 7 or 8 days.

Quick note: Silver and I will actually be staying one fewer day now (Still arriving on the 6th, but leaving on the 12th. That's, I think, 6 nights). There is a reason for this that I'll get into once everything is finalized. Smiley

Does the magfest rate apply to the day before magfest? Is that why?

PEACHES_: He's going to get a settlement on the fifth (I think it's for his wrist). Whether he comes or not depends on how much this settlement is.

Ryman: Are you sure about paying? You sounded unsure the last time you posted. Also, if you decide to stay less than 6 days after you fully pay I can't exactly refund your money. Not trying to be a jerk, just warning you.

I think the closest Amtrak station would be Union Station, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll look up the closest station tomorrow.

The main reason was cause of actually trying to discuss it, and the possibility something happens that might screw me up. Nowadays I'm mainly trying to discuss the situation with how many days I'm going to be staying. 5 is a definite, 6 is a possibility if I can make it the day before to help out. The refund thing, well it's happened before so we're not too worried about that. Tongue

It's mostly just the "Don't leave your personal belongings where you can't see them" yadayadayada she's worried about. That and me going from the train station to the center. Then again when it comes to trips and spending money like this, we usually want every detail possible.

Short version: Yes its fine, 5 days is definite, 6 is possible, and I can confirm if a 6th day is possible by the latest.

If for some reason I am able to stay an extra day, but I will not know this until a few days before the marathon, can I just bring the extra day's worth of money with me to pay the place?

We are supposed to pay for the marathon in full a month before we arrive on December 5th. You can bring extra money, but I'm not sure who you would pay.
