I was under the impression that was a failed difficult skip, and that's not really a blooper in the same sense.
Lv. 2 Commoner
Another highlight possibility: any of the musical non-sequitur boss fights from Pianovania. (03:55-04:10, 06:02-06:20, 08:08-08:23, 10:41-10:56). Because nominating an entire 15-minute segment of race and piano accompaniment seems a bit much.
Donkey Kong Country around 43 minutes in.
#Casual
Grrrrrr @ technicial difficulties...

Maybe I'm not remembering it right, but no, he just keeps accidentally backing off the cliff when fighting some enemies. Are you thinking of the Assault on the Control Room skip (first snow level)? I'm talking about the third level, the first one at night. Those were accidents.
Hmm, or maybe Donkey Kong Country at around 58 minutes. Or both.

@tjp: Yeah, it sucks that the TV was so dark. Even with all that, it was really cool to watch.
Howdy!
Highlights:
- The Senior Programmer for Metroid Prime with his heartfelt stories about his co-worker, who died of cancer
- Notch coming in and being bitched at for not fixing Minecraft (lol)
- Me winning LTTP Grin

Bloopers:
- Venonat not being able to learn Teleport (I STILL THINK THIS ONE IS BECAUSE OF THE MEMORY MANGLING FROM THE GLITCHES, EVERYWHERE SAYS THAT IT CAN!)
Balls jerky
Annoying:
people complaining about minecraft after Notch donated

Stop giving suggestions without timestamps, I'm not even going to add them to the list without timestamps because I do not want to go digging.

Edited because the last one was too angry.

I'm not angry at you, Kareshi. Your piano soothes the savage beast.

Dear UraniumAnchor - this is not a suggestion post. I am responding to another post. Please don't look for a timestamp and hate on me.
The last stage is a highlight from the marathon I suppose, but I wouldn't call it a highlight-compilation-video-worthy event since it's actually pretty slow. I promise I'll review GnG/SGnG when I have some time.

Quote from PJ:
There are a ton of highlights that could be nominated, but the biggest one that comes to mind atm is kareshi's SGnG finish.  On loop 2, level 6, kareshi dies at the boss with the Goddess Bracelet.  He then proceeds to beat the hardest level in the game by somehow pulling a dagger from the chest, getting through the beginning of the level unscathed, pulling gold armor from the chest just in time to kill the red arremer during his swoop with a magic dragon, getting the goddess bracelet, getting hit on the way to the boss, and then proceeding to kill him when the weapon is at its weakest, time is low, and he is one hit from death.  I was literally holding my breath during the entire level.  Maybe the most impressive comeback I saw while awake at the marathon.

Thanks, that means a lot to me. I really wish I hadn't died of course, but past that I did get pretty lucky on the recovery. I trained for it, so from the first chest I can get a knife, lance, or bow and be just fine up until the bracelet upgrade. Lance magic can one-shot a red arremer too, but the weapon by itself is pretty weak.
Upon mental review, I realized I should have taken care of the bird heads with the bracelet instead of the knife to save time, but it got done and I didn't run out of time on the bosses, so that's that.
My feelings on The Demon Rush
Mario Lost levels: 8-1 (it was just done really nicely)

Howdy!
During Metroid Prime:

Announcer saying "Shotgun Ninja swears to God he is not losing to Butts"...
I was just rewatching that one, and I swear to God I almost fell out of my chair laughing...

What's the significance?

Yeah that is not even remotely a highlight, sorry.

If somebody could find in CC where the initial offer of duct tape is, I have all the other bits I need.
Lv. 2 Commoner
I believe the initial duct-tape offer is around 1:29:45.
Bayonetta around 2:19:40 or so when the xbox doesn't save the progress and they have to get the new xbox.

Back up and running around 2:23:00

"Big sequence break."

Here's a highlight from Lego Star Wars: ships with noseglasses (53:35 - 53:55)
$15 per rant/allegory
Gameplay Highlight from bayonetta (I've seen it all before so this is all i can really think of) 2:14:10 - 2:15:06 - Pretty good jeanne fight on Chapter 12. I don't mind if you don't include it, but I'll do my bit and suggest one.
Bugging Jeanne (this is really cool too) 2:45:00 - 2:45:34

Bloopers (so many T.T)

2:08:07 - 2:08:25 - QTE fail (thanks chat ><)
3:06:19 - 3:06:39 - This was the most bullshit I've ever had to swallow playing this game. I'm amazed I didn't swear. Stun bubble hits me as he dies and I get no climax prompt.

I would vouch for these being relevant for the highlights/bloopers. There are about 10 more bloopers (that aren't as stupid/funny etc) and not many more highlights. Some people liked the button mashing, but the fights are slower than I have done so I don't know.

I'd include the bit from Lego Star Wars but for some reason avisynth hates that video. Throws "unrecognized exception" when I try to open it. It plays fine in my other media players, so I dunno.

Oh, if it'll be too much of a hassle, you don't worry about it.  I won't be that sad. Wink
