I have no problem playing my PAL SNES on my NTSC TV. I think it has to be an HDTV to work, though. I know some of the older ones will not play PAL correctly.
I can provide all of the games I'm running (Katamari Damacy, Super Mario Galaxy 2), as well as controllers for those consoles. I just need to ensure that one of the Wiis already has Mega Man 9 on it (it looks like this is already covered, if I'm reading the first post correctly).

Added you for these. And yes, you are reading it right. Both Molotov and Lord_VG are signed up for bringing a Wii that has MM9.
Unless PJ is bringing his own TV, we won't be able to know if any TV available to us will be capable of playing PAL. Bringing anything PAL-related has a high chance of being a wasted effort.
Added Super Monkey Ball to the list. I'm not adding Batman yet since last I heard Lykaios wasn't sure he would be able to afford coming.
There's still a couple of games on the list without a name, so I'll start marking the missing ones in red in a couple of weeks and then we'll have to contact the runners for each game and see if they will be bringing their own copies or not.
I can bring copies of all two games I'm running. I don't remember if I said that or not (Final Fight would be on Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 1 for PS2). I'll also have an NTSC XBox 360 that we can use if need be.
You did mention you would bring them, but not which Final Fight version would be played. Updated and moved that to PS2 now.
Also added Capture devices to the list. We need at least 3 probably 4 if we're going to stream the 4-way OOT race properly. Not sure which version to be used for the race but I'm bumping up the amount of N64 consoles we need as a guess.
I noticed on here that Super Mario 64 is not accounted for under the N64 games, but I can bring mine in case Jiano isn't bringing his own. Also, I can bring my Tetris Attack, and Dr. Mario 64 is going to need two copies if Essentia and I are going to race, so she will likely need to bring her copy.
Added SM64 as well as some equipment specs found in other topics.
I'll put you down for SM64 for now neskamikaze.
I will contact each runner and see if they are bringing their own copy or not and then update the topic. Nearing end of december I'll be rearranging to a more final list. Remember that we still do prefer each game to have at least one extra copy brought for redundancy. Things can happen like someone bringing a copy for someone else suddenly won't be able to show up, or someone's luggage is delayed or lost. So we're going with the extras just to be safe
If laptops will be used together with the capture cards, maybe we should start tracking available laptops too?
Looking over the list it doesn't seem like there's much we still need that I can provide (that I haven't already been put down for anyway), but regardless I'm bringing the following:
Every game I'm playing, so Legend of Zelda, Earthworm Jim, Moonwalker, Link to the Past, and Devil May Cry (along with my PS2 memory card).
Every console I'm playing a game on (seems these are covered, but I'd like one on hand I know I can use for last minute practice/warm up whenever, extras can't hurt), so a NES, PS2, SNES, and Genesis (model 2).
If still needed I can also bring my Gamecube with GB player, I also have an original model GBA with a link cable.
At least one controller for all consoles listed above, will probably bring a few extra Gamecube controllers too in case the tournaments need them.
Also bringing the following for prizes, though they can be used for marathon stuff in a pinch.
NES w/ 2 controllers and the following games so far:
Ghosts and Goblins Blaster Master Mario 3 Castlevania I have NES Dr. Mario too, but that doesn't do us a whole lot of good for this thread.
Extra copies of LttP and EWJ.
There's other games I can bring extra copies of too if need be, but it seems they've all been covered already.
One thing that hasn't been mentioned that we should definitely have on hand is a printer (and paper for said printer obviously). I know there was all sorts of stuff we wanted to make copies of last year, so it'd definitely be a good thing to have. I can't provide one though.
Added Breakdown's stuff. You are right that extras can't hurt. I'm currently listing people so that we have atleast 1 extra copy of each game to be played as well as at least 1 extra console. I'm also listing up to 2 backups on each so that we know who to contact in case someone who were definitely bringing something suddenly can't show up or something. So, feel free to add yourself as a backup for any games you can bring that are already covered.
I will probably rearrange the list later so that if someone running a game is also planning on bringing it, that someone would be on the definite list and someone else moved to backup.
A note that my XBOX also has Final Fight: Double Impact on it, giving us a backup of that game as well, albeit not ideal (The 360 pad is so much fail for Final Fight).
The original Tony Hawk? I may still have mine as well, if Rane doesn't have his. I'll look for it later. Can't believe I actually played that game at some point...
