Half-Life Tricks and Glitches

I thought it was a door bug that happened to me a few months ago. I tried to find another infinite health door and tried to get stuck at the doors in that control room at the beginning at the train levels. But instead of getting infinite health I got stuck and died a few seconds later.

common bug. Works everywhere as long as you strafe into the edge (last 4 units).
Can be useful at times

What happened there? Did you hit the edge of that floor? Cause I think I've seen this in CS Kreedz map videos before. If you hit the edge or something you don't die, even if you fall from a kilometer or so.

Hey guys check it out I found a new trick with the satchels in Half-Life 1 you will need to take 3 satchels or more and is you go to the crossfire map put the 3 satchels in the order when the door closes and when the nuke ends give the door a few minutes and then blow up the satchels It's cool Grin

!WARNING! THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED HALF-LIFE 1 FROM STEAM : The second one is: When you spawn in a multiplayer map get 5 satchels and find a base where you can stay. If the way to the base doesn't have a door then switch to the 5 satchels and plant them so it will look like a castle plant all them 5 then press the G key and you will see kind of a supply box take it and the again switch to the satchel I know it will be no satchel but do it, after you pressed the G key go and get another 5 satchels and do the same thing. There you go now when you are in a multiplayer map and this map has kind of a base block the way and when the other players will try to get there it will be impossible because the satchels you planted will not let them get there, oh and another thing to save the way blocked switch to the satchels and plant them all where ever you want the press the G key and take the supply box again then switch to the satchel and that's it. When you die or someone kills you the way will be blocked not for the player who planted those satchels but for players who didn't planted them. OK?

Holding jump to skim on the water and spamming duck result that you take advantage of the pushtrigger more often :>
Residue Processing is the only place I know of that this could be used in a speedrun.
