Can you use the infinite wall jump to skip two underground parts in Desierto Caliente?
e: also coming out after the X'Tabay fight. In both sections, it looks like it could be useful. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to do it yet, so I can't test it.
e2: also climbing inside the Tule Tree. You could just climb straight up rather than switch back and forth with Rooster Uppercuts.

The first one I don't think would be faster
The second one would be faster if you have less than 4 stamina at the tule tree, the current route I am using has me at 4 stamina after x'taby so it's not a good trade off
One thing I did test tonight is going to Sierra Morena ala the wall climb right after the Tule Tree to see if Temple of War was skippable. Sadly it seems like Guacamelee is not one of the games that assumes you have certain powers when entering a certain zone so I was not able to find a way past the blue blocks in the heavy stamina room. I have also been unable to find any combat room skips. If someone can elaborate on how to skip the room right after double jump it would be appreciated.

Going through the game, just made it past Temple of Rain, and I haven't found any arena skips. I imagine there's a vertical line, and once any part of your body touches it, the arena starts. If you've skipped the one in Tule Tree, I imagine that might be because you enter that room vertically, and the threshold line may not be far enough right. I dunno.
What version did you pull these skips off in Khaled? That might make a big difference.

That actually just happened on my new PB: 1:05.37
...With 5 deaths... 1 of them being at the end of the elevator before Flame Face... and 1 of them being AFTER I killed Flame Face, got locked into his death cutscene, but a skeleton attacked me and killed me, so I had to fight him again. After that I lost all concentration and died 3 times in Grand Temple to stupid things.
So yeah... Not happy with that PB.

damn looks like you have lost more than 2 min on that run nil8er , so yeah sub 1:03 is possible then !
i also think sub 1 hour would be possible with perfect segments run , will give it a try on the ps3 soon

Man I think this game hates me, started about 10 different runs today, 9 of them are absolute ass early on.
Then I get one going borderline perfect, and after the cutscene where calaca turns you into a chicken my character was just gone, couldn't do anything. It's like the game is out to get me.

Yeah, way to go Khaled! I got a 1:04 today, but that still only puts in me in 3rd because of your new time 
I don't mind dying in this game, but when I die to stupid things, I get upset, for example, the stupid cactus arena in Sierra Morena. The thorn flower hit me less than 1 second before I would've hit him.

thanks guys , i did record the run but i have paused the game so many times and died 3 times and the run has some stupid mistake so its not pretty
i will try to get a clean run and upload it soon .
and yeah the 1st stamina chunk take a lot of time 25 sec ! so don't get it , just buy the 2000 one , much faster
