Edit: 6:05 Carrier Operative, first try. The pump room is slower on Reloaded, so maybe my strats are faster?

Edit 2: 5:57. Sub 5:50 definitely.

I've got a 5:59 now, not sure how much time to save but not much.. maybe there are other differences between versions, or route even, regardless that's a very good time.. are you able to post a video of it?

Nope, laptop is fucking with my Elgato and I'm having trouble capturing gameplay. I am looking into it, and if I can get video proof, I'll provide some for Carrier Operative and Nightclub 00 Classic.

Hmm.. there must be more then just slight differences in that case. My earlier estimate was off I think... I completed a 5:58 carrier operative after many, many attempts. I lost between 1-1.5 seconds in terms of movement considering what I know of the level. Or, perhaps you do have strats/tricks that save time that I dont know of. Im trying for a 5:57 but I dont have much faith for lower lol

Yeah, I assume so. I don't know of any differences that make Reloaded any faster. If anything, Reloaded is a few seconds slower.

5:56 Carrier operative completed this evening.. I actually still think another 1-2 seconds can be saved.. Nothing major was changed compared to the 5:58, I'm just running the level smoother, there's two areas where I was shooting at guards between sprints which I've stopped doing. And I got a lucky pattern for the rockets during the suicide run at end of level.

Not sure if there are patterns.. or if it's completely random, and include the fact that sprints are not always the exact same.. but I basically just look forward and pretend the chopper firing rockets isnt there, and pray I make it through alive lol.. survival rate isn't that bad actually

Apparently the rockets can one-hit you in Wii, but they definitely don't in Reloaded. iirc you don't even take damage from them lol

I do the same. If your sprints aren't the same. Sometime's you'll die, but don't even look out for them. Just keep on running thumbsup
Hello, everyone. My name is FitterSpace! dyljaymac and I have been routing this game on 007 classic for a little while now. I fully intend to make a complete TAS of this game.
I've looked through this thread and saw some IL times that i think are pretty good. This game has a lot of potential. Once we're done routing it I will do some full-game 007 classic
speedruns before starting the TAS. Right now everything up until archives is routed pretty well. I'm currently working on Archives but any help on other levels is much appreciated.

Here is a TAS i made of the facility level:

There was a small time save i didn't know about at the time of making this TAS. You can shoot through the window on the left at 1:30 instead of running around it. I also had lots
of problems with Dolphin's savestates and frame advance that made optimizing this a lot harder. Those bugs have been fixed in more recent versions so a full TAS would be easier
to optimize. I believe a second or two could be saved from this from that time save plus the smaller optimizations that I could do.

Can't wait to see those levels... there will definitely be things I can learn to improve my times. I haven't ran many levels on Classic so far, but for any other levels either for their TT or Operative, I'd love to see improvements on them.
When you drop from the vent in Facility, you can drop over the door to the stall without having to open it. I'd appreciate if you could look into it, I'm not sure how it works and it's not a trick I pull off often compared to other tricks/skips, so I figure its pretty precise. Thanks and welcome!!
Any questions you have for the WII version I'd love to help with, I unfortunately can't record/upload runs, but anything you upload I will be  happy to watch and help cut the time down! ^_^
007 classic on the Wii version isn't actually that bad. Once you learn where all the enemies and extra objectives are it's pretty easy. I personally think Carrier is the hardest level to do without dying so far. I hope Solar and Cradle aren't too bad.
The hardest part about routing the TAS is when to pick up armor, when to run past enemies, and when to kill them. It's almost always faster to run through enemies but sometimes killing them is necessary so you don't lose too much health.
Ideally, every level would be completed while killing as few enemies as possible and having as little health as possible at the end of each level. Any extra health i end a level with means i could have ran past more enemies than I did.

I can't wait to start working on the TAS but it will probably take a very long time to complete. But when it's done I will provide two videos. One normal video and one video without the cutscenes.

Finally can say I'm satisfied with a 5:54.. Started Solar Operative today.. I swear this level is as bad on Operative as it is on 007. Carrier took me nearly a week, I can easily see Solar taking more..  -_-

Carrier is troll, Solar is a fucking bitch on any difficulty, and Cradle is surprisingly easy on 00 Classic. If you pick up the armour, you shouldn't lose much health before the Alec fight... Plus you get BA right before it, so that's nice.

Congrats on Carrier 5:54. That's pretty crazy thumbsup

Here's a consistent RTA route for station on 007 classic.

Finally managed to route the first checkpoint ( best checkpoint ever -_- ... ) of Solar for Operative.. Even for Operative, being seen by guards before passing the drone guns = about 98% death haha.,. The ending is easy at least on Operative thank god..  Best time so far is 6:09, just before that I had 6:17, I knew it wasn't a great time but my initial goal was under 6:10, so naturally I will push for sub 6 minutes.
I'm afraid of solar. That level is gonna be so hard to get through on 007 classic in runs. I'm routing Jungle right now and even that level is pretty hard.

Solar is going to be the most difficult level, for sure.

Station 00 Classic: 4:56. Insane pace, so good I quoted Ryan Lockwood's Streets 1:12 Tongue

I haven't tested the Trev strat on other difficulties but i assume it will work on anything.

With this one done, move onto Cradle next so I'll definitely be using that, if it works on Classic, should be good on all difficulties...

^ This is my Nightclub route for 00 Classic. It get's an 8:15 where 7:50 is my best time. Kinda sloppy and I died in the kitchens because I didn't complete an objective correctly. I was very tired at the time so I'm not sure if I died any more times Tongue
