Thought I would set up a formal post for the roommate thread. My earlier post was more if it was ok if I could do it.

This thread is for people who either need a room for AGDQ2017 or have a room but need roommates for AGDQ2017. Please refer to https://gamesdonequick.com/attend in order to book a room, pricing, and available dates.
If you are seeking roommates post in this thread with the following information:
-Your name
-The Dates you intend to stay at AGDQ
-If you are intending to be the one booking the room
-How many roomates you are looking for
-If you already have roommates, and if so, their names
If you see anyone else who might work as a potential roomate then please use the PM system here at SDA to contact that person and attempt to arrange rooming with one another. I will be keeping a running list in this first post of people who are seeking roomates and what dates they are looking for during the event. Please do not post back and forth in this thread trying to finalize your roomates as that leads to a lot of clutter and confusion for those looking through the list. I will not be doing any matchmaking here, but i will do my best to keep an up to date list for those who are seeking roomates.
If you have a finalized room that is either full or you are satisfied with the number of people in the room (again, do not exceed 4, the hotel will not allow it), then please make a post here listing who is in the room and who is booking the room so that I can remove those people from the list of those still searching for roomates.
I will maintain the list of people who need roommates in basically the same manner as what Dangodofthunder did for AGDQ2017.
If you have found a roommate, please inform us of this so I can update the post.
This may not need to be said, but if you're posting when you're leaving, it'll coincide with the hotel's departure dates... so if you state you're there till the 15th, the assumption is that you need to be gone by 12PM on the 15th.
