Just as a heads up, I got my class schedule for my next quarter and now have a conflict doing Saturday early afternoon. It'd be appreciated if I can get moved to either 5 PM or later on Saturday or any time on Sunday.

Okay so I have a bit of new info. We have a name and logo - it's going to be called Race to the Finish, and the logo can be seen here. https://twitter.com/ghoul02/status/715312870985220096

Some tech details - there will be 5 usable headsets but one will likely have to go to a host. I'll reach out to anybody running a PC game for details there. Console gamers are responsible for their own games unless we've already talked. I recommend bringing your own console if possible to practice on as well.

I forgot to mention, the charity stuff is totally handled at this point. We'll be using Extra Life as a platform to allow the donations to go to the proper place, while being out of our hands (and, importantly, letting us see them). I did reach out to Cooks Childrens as well, they sound enthusiastic, so it's all great there.

I believe I've heard from everybody but I'll make a double check to make sure that everybody responded when I messaged them. If there are any remaining issues, please let me know.

At a quick glance at the tourneylocator twitch page and site, I haven't seen anything about this marathon. Is there any advertisement or anything going on with regard to this?

I didn't get any formal incentives because the schedule is tight, we'll announce them during the marathon as the games come up.

I'm not fit for hosting, but if there's any other way to help out then I'd be possibly interested in volunteering
