It means that the time has to be below 17 minutes to be eligible for the bounty, so it does mean something important. Smiley
Does the Radiata Stories bounty have a deadline? I heard something about all of these being due by the end of the year, but I'm not sure.
Waiting hurts my soul...
Well, Enhasa had the money because slow_bro thought he'd be around longer than himself. Ask Mike if he's still in contact and maybe you can claim it eventually.

^ Last time I checked, he was not still in contact.  I could be wrong, though.

It's also possible though that if you did do this, it'd attract Enhasa's attention somehow and come back to pay the bounty. I definitely don't want to dissuade you from completing this, as I'm sure it'd be great to see once I've played through the game.
Don't worry, I've decided I want to do it one way or the other, but the incentive is definitely a morale booster. =]

Also, seeing as I'm now working on a run of GTA 4, I'm withdrawing that bounty.

Will you still qualify for the other bounty involving no taxis? Probably not eh?

I've seen some of his WIPs, and he's not going to qualify for that one.
Posting a bounty for 2 runs

1) $1000 for 100% The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. Must be done by thanksgiving. can be segmented or ss. Must be posted to SDA (here) and verified.

2) Adding $1000 to Angelmark's GTA SA 100% bounty

Same time limit on the second one?

Honestly though, unless someone was already working on these, you're not going to see them by the end of the year in an optimized version, and thus won't get onto SDA. Verifying itself can take months, and getting it through the process of posting is another 3 - 4 months (or has been recently).

I assume he meant the run must be finished by Thanksgiving, not that it also must be posted.  Hot damn that's a lot o' cash.  I'd consider mentioning those bounties in a news update, if only strongfox had been around the site longer.

holy shit $1000. I'd think about doing this, but the fact that you're a guest makes me hesitant, doesn't seem very reliable. :/ Also if I went for segmented then thanksgiving is way too soon, there is no way I could get anything decent done by then. (don't have enough experience with SS to say how long that would take)

I really am planing on paying so much cause im sick of not seeing LOZ: TP 100% on this site. No i mean i want LOZ: TP 100% done by thanksgiving and i dont mind if its ss or segmented. Also i would like to say no now that i think about it having it verififed by then too is crazy. All i want is it to be completed and submited to SDA. I will change the time to summer (no later then september 20) 2012

For the GTA: SA 100% i want the same thing but the deadline i was thinking would be summer (no later then september 20) 2012
i got paid for the 70 star wr bounty by aevin
Changed the time for my $1000 bounty of TLOZ: TP 100% ss or s run to summer (no later then september 20) 2012

Do you want the run to include the back-in-time glitches ?

Does not matter as long as it goes by SDA standerds and is accepted to be able to be verified. And as long as it does not cause the game to not be 100%

Question about the San Andreas 100%: Is there any specific system (PC, PS2, XBox) and version (original release, 1.0/non hot coffee version) the run needs to be on? I remember that the previous bounty (the 100%+ run) required the later release version.

Latest Version of the game, non hot coffe version, and can be on any version which would make it the fastest (pc iirc)
Balls jerky
Just to satisfy my curiosity, whats the difference between the two that it matters? You're not going to be getting any "coffee" in a speedrun are you?

I'm not sure either. I know people prefer the PC versions because of better aiming though the PS2 version does have a manual aim though it's not as good as mouse aim and according to the run pages, the PC and PS2 versions are given separate categories. I don't know any significant differences between the two versions though. I have the original release but I wanted to know which version at least one of the bounty placers wanted.

Which version of the bounty was it for?
$15 per rant/allegory
My Final Fantasy VII deadline is done so can you remove it. I've now spent the money on food.

Well you can use any version/release as long as you dont use hot coffie
It has come to my attention that somebody is attempting the Radiata Stories all characters recruited run!! Smiley

I wish Enhasa was still around (not just so he could pay a bounty).  If this gets done and Enhasa's still not around, I offer to pay the whole $300 myself, assuming I'm still around and I have the means.  That's half my spending money for a month, lol, but for a Radiata Stories all characters recruited run it would be well worth it.  If Enhasa is back by then, the bounty won't be paid twice.

Actually getting the video on SDA is not required for this bounty (actually putting the video on the Internet is required).  We'll be able to tell if you made a good effort Smiley
