Totally Radical Awesome Game
Bunny Must Die is a rather difficult doujin metroidvania with two different character options: Bunny and Chelsea.
Bunny can stop and rewind time, use multiple weapons, and parry any damage Street Fighter 3 style.
The ability to run, wall jump, and turn right (lol) are pickups, making low% a challenge.
Scattered around the game are heath pickups, time pickups (grant new time powers, as well as extend the time bar) and bunny dolls, which allow you to retry a screen upon death.
Chelsea can't parry or wall jump, but she can float in the air for a bit like Princess Peach. She also has a ladder, which is used for both movement and damage dealing.
She can't pick up weapons, instead she starts with a shooting thing which she can power up by defeating bosses.
Her default walk speed is faster than Bunny's, but she cannot run. She can acquire a space jump, Metroid style, however.
Instead of time, Chelsea uses a mana system to power her special moves. She can get a pickup granting her limited time powers though.
Her pickups are health, mana, and elixirs, which restore health upon death.
There are two different versions of the game to run; The original Japanese doujin release (JP), and the localized release by Rockin' Android (RA).
Text speed makes no difference in running, as you can insta-skip all text by pressing escape in both versions. However, there are differences besides that.
For Bunny, the JP version has a slight edge due to differences in boss health, and time stop mechanics.
The version differences for Chelsea are much greater. in the RA version mana regens, the ladder costs mana, and space jumping does not. Elixirs are also different.
in the JP version, one elixer will heal you fully, regardless of your max health. In the RA version, health is restored on a 1:1 basis, IE 1 elixir restores 1 block of health, and 10 elixirs will restore 10 blocks of health.
It currently isn't known which version is faster for Chelsea, but the RA version is assumed to be more difficult.
Also, you can wrong warp.

The game is alot of fun and a very good speed run, and I would love to see more people pick it up.
