RetroUSB released a new console, called the AVS.
I'm having some issues with capture though, but only with AmarecTV. The AVerMedia C027's capture software has yet to have any issues, with initial testing. For Amarec, I can't seem to get any capture settings right.
The system outputs at 720p, and while the page says 48KHz audio, the instruction manual says 44.1KHz audio, and my capturing seems to support this.
My first test set the framerate to 59.94, and the audio to 48KHz. Clearly the tempo is too high. The framerate might also be too high?
My second test has the framerate at 29.97, and the audio at 44.1KHz. Amarec doesn't seem to like non-48KHz audio with HDMI for some odd reason. Again, the tempo is too high, but it is better than the first test. But with the 29.97 framerate setting, frames are missing.
These are the current capture settings:
Does anyone have any suggestions on capture settings?
:edit:
Apparently the 1.1 firmware update fixes the audio pitch issue. However, I can't nail down the FPS one.
