Hey, I know I'm a little late to the party here, but if you need any help with admin or hosting, I'm glad to be an understudy or switch in if someone else can't make it. (Unfortunately, I'm probably not savvy enough to do tech. ) I can scooch my sleep schedule around and I'll be there from early on the 9th until late on the 13th.

If people are still looking for shifts I would give up my Tuesday 9 PM-midnight admin slot. I've got a tech shift early the next morning and some occasional sleep is always nice.

My schedule looks good, hosting during duke nukem 3d, love that game.

Willing to swap/fill in/give away to late signups if people don't have stuff to do, as long as it's after 18:00 or later (I work during the day TT)

If they can't take gyre's, I'm pretty sure I'll be in the room that whole time anyways (if I have the day right, that's during 2d zelda, yes?), so it wouldn't be a big deal to have admin duties as well.

Priority obviously goes to them, since they're low on shifts.

Admin: 10:00pm/22:00 EST
Host: 10:20pm/22:20 EST
Tech: 10:40pm/22:40 EST

Please show up in the marathon room at the time for each role you've signed up for, even if you don't currently have any shifts. If you won't be at the marathon yet on Saturday, that's fine, just find me when you do get there. It is necessary that you get an orientation before performing your role.

So, I'm really excited about my hosting during the DKC block on Wednesday (2-5 PM). However, I appear to have caught a cold recently that has ruined my voice. I'm still planning on attending and helping, and I believe my voice will recover by then, but it would probably be best if we had an alternate/contingency plan for my hosting timeslot, just in case. Is anyone willing to hop in that slot if I can't speak properly?

Sorry for the late notice, but I've been monitoring the situation on a day-to-day basis, and my voice is still pretty dead today. Hopefully with some vocal rest over the next few days, I can recover.

No one is speaking up about preferences for shifts, so I'm going to do it like this to try and make everyone's schedule work best:

LLCoolDave on gyre's admin shift, Tue 9pm-midnight EST (21-0)
Wyrm on SMK's admin shift, Mon 9pm-midnight EST (21-0)
TenShots as a backup for Forte/bassdeluxe27's host shift, Wed 2pm-5pm EST (14-17), because s/he doesn't have a shift yet.
AmberWynne still unassigned because nothing needs filling yet after the 9th.

Yo, I'm pretty late but I meant to sign up for hosting instead of donation station (I made the common mistake and thought that donation station was reading donations). I don't mind my admin shifts though, thanks for allowing me to contribute to some of the work that's needed.

I'm really sorry about springing this on you last minute, but I'm not driving up there today (Saturday) like I initially planned. I'm not healthy enough to consider making the trip, but I'm hoping I'll recover in time to make it there a day or two (or three) late.

As it stands, though, it's probably going to be a good idea to make alternate plans for all of my shifts, and not just my hosting shift.

Once again, I'm really sorry about this. I hope I'll make it there soon.

I'm going to switch the host shift then unless Missy can't do that one. Missy, note that you have an admin shift at 6am the next day - will that work out alright for you?

And thanks for letting me know that you won't be around for the orientation. I am already planning a "culling" round on the 5th, tomorrow, where I check in with people who weren't able to make the orientation, and also start to find last-minute replacements for anyone who wasn't able to come to the marathon or didn't check in with me at all. Hopefully both groups are small.

Yo I'll be alright with my shifts, but I can take over those hosting duties and that admin shift that's been opened up if no one wants them.

Flying to Washington ATM, so my responses = delayed

Edit: I might not make it to orientation, considering my flight arrives at around 9:45pm.

One hand is enough.

I decided last minute to come to the marathon for a few days, so if you end up with blank slots on Sunday and Monday I could likely fill them. I've used pretty much all aspects of the donation tracker before during Speedathon last year, so I should only need a quick refresher on the protocol.
