I know it was mentioned that there would be a briefing on how each role is done, but will those of us arriving after the start (such as myself) be getting the same sort of briefing when we arrive? Just want to make sure I don't get on one of the roles and have no clue what I'm supposed to be doing.

Yeah, definitely. We'll either have detailed directions, a screencast, or a personal briefing - or some combination. We won't throw you in unprepared.

Thanks for putting together an amazing schedule!  I have one conflict - I'm slotted to run the tech station on January 5th starting at 21:00 but the TAS block I'm running is from 20:30 to 21:15, and I don't want to make MURPHAGATOR! stay late.  Any thoughts?  I'm willing to be flexible.

I'm currently scheduled to host during Chrono Trigger, which I'm also supposed to do couch commentary for. I can double duty no problem, just figured I'd point it out in case there is a problem with that.

Thanks, puwexil!  Kiyura, I am totally fine with being moved to puwexil's tech spot on Saturday from 11:00 to 15:00, even taking into account that I'm scheduled for an admin spot immediately following from 15:00 to 17:00.

I don't have anything to add, really, just checking in to say I looked at the schedule and don't see any problems.

Oh wow, I'm covering the first half of AwfulGDQ. That's great!

Having said that though, I do have a tiny conflict cause Rad Raygun was added in. I've got couch commentary for that. It starts at 2:50, and my host duty is scheduled till 3:00. Shouldn't be a problem, I don't care.

I somehow missed that. I'll switch you there for now, but I'd like to not schedule anyone for more than 5 hours a day. Can anyone switch with dwangoAC for his admin shift from 15:00 to 17:00 (3pm to 5pm) on the last day, Saturday?

Well it's not not a problem. I've switched you, kariohki, and Zero|DPX around for those shifts, now yours ends before Chrono Trigger starts.

My bad! And yeah, you did. Will 10pm-1am on Monday night be okay? I know you said you didn't want graveyard, but I don't know what that means for you (my usual rule of thumb is 2am-6am).

I'm switching you, Quinntendopower, and DrCoolGuy around for graveyard shifts on Wed, Thu, and Fri. You're now Friday early morning, 3am to 6am. Does that work for you?

Would Bob or just_defend be able and willing to switch their earlier-in-the-day on Monday shift for my Monday afternoon shift? I have plans during that time, but I'll be around for that whole morning/early afternoon.

Otherwise I should be able to make my other assigned time on Tuesday. If you need me as backup during the marathon at some point, that's cool too. Thanks.

I was pumped to be hosting Borderlands 2 into the rest of the PC block, but I won't be picky with Twilight Princess :3

Thanks for the offer!  Unfortunately, your Tuesday admin slot conflicts with the host slot I'm scheduled for, and I'm not too keen to switch to a 9 AM spot on Wednesday, no offense. Smiley  I should be just fine with going for 6 hours on Saturday; if UberGoose or Bobtheninjagoldfish wanted to switch to a 3 hour admin slot I wouldn't stop them, but I should be OK.  Thanks, though!
