I hate doing this after the contract has been put in, but I am now tentative. I found out I need a job in about 3 weeks and what happens with that will determine if I am able to go or not. I still plan on sending in my prizes if I cant make it though, so no worries on that one.

I'm definitely only gonna be there now from the 4th though the 10th. Flights have now dropped dramatically for flying out on the 4th, but haven't budged an inch for the 3rd. It's about HALF the price now to fly out on the 4th instead of the 3rd ($65 vs $117 for the crap time flight vs $154 for the semi-decent time).

I know Quad 9 has me down for 8 nights where I'll be staying 7 now, but if I still need to pay for the full 8, that's fine. If it's OK for me to just pay for 7 (what I'm actually staying now), great.

So romscout, since Southwest does fly out of Chicago (Midway), check that out. Flights are cheap as shit right now, as long as you're not flying on the 1st-3rd, or any Sunday in January.

One note about this topic is that I haven't really been updating it. I've been focusing on the access database on my computer and the payment topic, but I have been paying attention to attendance. Since the full payment is due on November 30th, I will say that the final date for adding people is November 15th (and if I add someone that day they better pay fast). Now if there's still space or two in a quad, people can slip in later if they pay, but that's only if there is extra space.

EDIT: I decided on 25 dollars for the visiting rate to pay off the conference rooms a bit. You can visit as many days as you want, but if you want to sleep somewhere, you'll have to go back to your own place or find a spot on the floor that isn't taken up (or outside of our conference rooms).

Oh yeah, November 15th is coming up soon, and if you don't give me any updates to your rooming status, Monopoli, I'll just drop you.

Okay spineshark has declared he is attending. If anyone wants to sneak in past November 15th, I don't think it's too likely because it looks like most quads will be having 5 people, and I don't want to fill them up with any more people.

Okay, Kirkq said he'll come for the weekend, but if he can't come I can just use the money for the surplus fund (basically prizes, equipment, and shipping).

I'm taking Monopoli off the attendance list since he hasn't posted since he first said he would attend.

Also, there's no room for anyone to sneak in, sorry. It looks like our attendance is at 84 people, but I'll have to double check that number.

EDIT: Oops it's 82.

I wont be able to make it. Job finding has not worked well for me plus having to pay for work on my car (hit a deer) took my savings. T_T I still plan on trying to mail some prizes out though.
