As of talking with bossman (and woman), and talking with parents earlier, I am 98% coming. ^^ Plus or minus 1% for error, and random things like District managers. XD

Malia Caudill - Arriving on the 3rd (although possibly REALLY late), leaving the 11th - 5 person quad preferable - Anyone (as long as they don't mind a female) - can't really stay much longer for Bonus stream though

Heidrage: What do you mean? The final payment has to be done a month before the event.

Sonikkustar: In theory no, but since most people are staying at least 4 nights at the center, that seems to be the case if you want a quad. Since you live in the area you don't have to stay at the center to visit. I'd just need to know you're coming.

My feelings on The Demon Rush

Attendance list updated. There's about two weeks left for declaring attendance. After that I'll make the contract and we need to make the 25% deposit within another two weeks, so that will be early november.

The prices might increase a little bit (5-10 dollars), because the attendance numbers right now are a bit lower than I predicted (80). However, there are still a bunch of people who have games scheduled at the marathon who haven't declared yet.

Right now it looks like there will be one extra day of bonus stream at the center (the 11th), then the crowd will thin out enough to go back to the house.

I can add rooms after making the contract in case if you're not sure, but I'd rather have accurate attendance figures sooner rather than later. The due date for full payment is a month before we stay, so the very final due date for payment and attendance is December 3.

I was going to talk to him and tell him I have deadlines to make for planning, but he approached me and told me to go ahead and make my plans and I will get the time off. What ever got to him, I hope he gets more of it. If it is a drug, I will buy his supply.

In short, I am 100% going now.

Now there are some people who have games who haven't posted here yet. I know it's hard for some people to figure out whether they're going now, and the final final due date isn't October 15th, but I'd like to at least know peoples' status so that if they can't come, we can adjust earlier rather than later.

Here's the list of people who have games but haven't declared anything definite yet.

Romscout: He'll know if he's coming by Tuesday.

RaneofSOTN: Says it's unlikely he can come because of money issues. Sad

Caleb Hart: Said he's definitely coming in this topic, but needs to iron out details.

Droogie: Just contacted me yesterday. Says he will be able to make the trip just fine, but has to go over dates with his job.

UltraJMan: Going to do a donation stream later this month, then he'll declare.

Cody Miller: I haven't heard anything from him in this topic. He's probably coming (since he's practicing already), but might not be aware of this topic. Tongue

Spineshark: Talked to him about 2 or 3 weeks ago, said it was very likely he could make the marathon. But I need a more recent status update from him.

Kareshi: What I heard from Emptyeye is that Kareshi isn't even sure he will make MAGFest this year! If that's true, then I doubt he will make it to the marathon. Sad

If anyone has more info, then please tell me ASAP.

LLCoolDave: I honestly haven't heard from him in weeks. I'm not sure what's up.

Kibbo: I think he's a little tight on money, but aside from that I'm not sure what his status is.

samthedigital: I haven't heard anything from this guy since he told me he would race Dragondarch.

Klaige: He said he might not stay at the center, but at a hotel outside of the center. I need to ask him about that.

Turns out I can probably go if I want to. I haven't decided yet though. Not sure if I'd be able to do DMC3 though even if I could go, plus I asked Mike to remove it.

Edit: J gave me an interesting idea to race him in Bubsy 3D. Could try to learn it if I decide to go.

As of now I'm not entirely sure how much money I actually have to toss around. My parents have told me though that they gladly contribute with some, they are being generally supportive about this whole thing (my mom is actually proud). So even though my own economic situation isn't exactly ideal they may very well shove me into a box and send me over there :P. Take note though that I have no intention of letting anything stop me this year, barring a disastrous accident/failure/mishap I will be there!

We could always do an off-stream KH2 race too, and maybe do some speed strat brainstorming for Final Mix.

LLCooldave: I'm 99% sure we will be staying at the center until the 12th (as in we check out this day) for bonus stream because it looks like there will still be 30+ people. After that, it looks like we might go back to the house since right now it looks like people will thin out on the 12th. We'll still probably bonus stream for at least a couple of days after that, like probably until Friday or maybe even Saturday. If you want to stay for more bonus stream then stay until the 13th or the 14th.

Axel: If you can determine whether you're coming or not within a week, and you're able to practice the game, I *might* be able to add dmc3 back in. No guarantees though.
