another possibility is that your combined playtime is lets say 30 hours, then you uploaded a single 31 hours video, and when you deleted youtube detected you had lost 50% of your playtime, and that triggered the "ban".

If that's the case you'd have to upload 30 hours of video to get it back.

The problem for that theory is that I never really uploaded a single video that was roughly the same length as the past 390 videos combined.

Phantom Hourglass + New Super Mario Bros 100% + Super Mario 64 DS + Kirby's Adventure combined is roughly over 8 hours long. Which is just longer than AGDQ Chrono Trigger 100% run.
