so pro u don't even know
So this should be very simple. I check either deinterlace optimized or deinterlaced standard for my capture device and were good right?

No.

I use Xsplit 1.2 and a Dazzle DVC-100. When I had the beta version of Xsplit the deinterlacing options worked fine but now they do not and I have invisible ninja clones in Ninja Gaiden II and invisible spread gun bullets in Contra.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Deintelacing still works fine when I use Flash Media Live encoder, so it is just Xsplit.

The Dork Knight himself.
Sin: you'll have to use Amarec's Live feature to get proper deinterlacing if you stream with XSplit. Just setup the preview window with the deinterlacer, and on the Live tab (make sure it's installed, the installer is in the main amarec folder) set the fps to 60 and put the res to whatever you want (640x480 should work fine). In XSplit when you add a source use Amarec Video Capture (which is the Live component) then set XSplit to stream at 60fps. If XSplit can't keep up a 60fps stream you might wanna switch over to OBS.

EDIT: Basically all XSplit does is blend the two fields together, which gets really ugly. You'll still get invisible ninjas/spread if you stream at 30, so you'll have to stream at either 20 or 60 to get rid of that problem.
Not a walrus
xsplit's "deinterlacing" is basically just dropping half the lines so you get half the frames. One of many reasons I don't like it.
All the things
Sinister: ditto on what honorableJay said. If you want some help setting it up, feel free to get in touch with me through Skype tonight.
