The runs are posted. You can go check them out on the news page Wink
I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
Such many great moves all the time.

Truly a great run, has crazy dodging, insane trickjumping, brilliant lev-abuse and supreme monster-abuse.

Only seen the easy run though.
burn and die
HOLY SHIT. it feels appropriate to say that after watching only 5 minutes of this. and i cant believe some of these shortcuts. awesome. im interested to see if this is as good as it gets though. Cheesy
give me your eyes!!!
Damned impressive stuff; I only watched the nightmare run (because it has that extra edge to it), but the movements, tricks, close calls and complete obliteration of areas due to the ice weapon made it a joy to watch throughout. Consistent awesomeness, thanks for making it!!
Obey the Daleks or be Exterminated! Riiiiiiight...
To sum it up, The Jabberwock and the Red Queen (both forms) really got owned, big time.  Also, I'm sure even with the inconsistency, I'm sure it was possible to survive without the health difference.

My favorite part was in the About Face level.  Talk about giving 'the Truth (is that what the Mad Hatter symbolizes?)' the middle finger there.

EDIT:  Forgot to mention about the really close call against the Red Queen's second form.  Only an inch away from death, yet the Red Queen dies anyway.  Talk about a close shave.
So far I've only watched the Easy Run and it was a great Run! Some very nice new shortcuts and boss battles compared to your previous Speedrun. I'm sure the Nightmare Speedrun will be just as good or even a better viewing pleasure Smiley

To quote CannibalK9:

"Consistent awesomeness, thanks for making it!!"
Sleeping Terror
You break the game so amazingly much in these runs. It's so nice.
Thanks a lot everyone Grin

Awesome nightmare run Mad_Andy!
My feelings on The Demon Rush
Wow I didn't know bugging Mad Andy to finish his Alice runs would bring him so much praise ;D.

Great runs, I especially enjoyed the multiple ice pillars with 2 damage boosts shortcut.
This Nightmare run is actually the fourth Alice run of yours that I've watched.  I can still remember when you used to lead the insane kid around that maze instead of just using the watch...but that's not the point.  I just wanted to say that, having seen what your past runs were like, this run is only all the more amazing.

One question though.  What the hell actually happened during the Hatter fight?  I saw the Ice Wall boosts, I saw you grab the Watch, I saw you toss the Demon Dice into the Arena, and then make three Ice Walls, and then...that's it?  The Hatter ran around and shot a missile, and then you leapt into the portal.  I kept wondering why on earth you had to do everything after grabbing the Watch.

Regardless if you killed the hatter or not, the door will open if you get the staff piece and the watch. Now, tossing the dice and setting up the ice walls was just totally unecessary, just a way to burn time for the cat to finish his boring speach. I thought about actually doing some random stuff rather than wait still for the cat to finish talking Tongue

Oh, and btw, i never did a run with guiding the insane child in the maze, that was in Allantois' run Wink
I'm very impressed with the nightmare run. Alice is one of my favourite games =)
Thanks to mad_andy
MGS for PS1 forever.
I would like to say that it is a must-watch for any speedrun fan. Even though it's not single-segment...the amount of time that I worked on some of the levels with both Mad Andy and Allantois I know how much work is involved. I remember spending several hours and hundreds of attempts at one level where you have to jump across the pond and then there is the shortcut halfway through the level that skips a good 50 seconds. I was so happy that I got I think 1:02 or something and then Allantois quickly remarked that he had just gotten a :58. At that point I quit running Alice because I knew I wasn't good enough...nor as determined.

At first I thought it was just going to be another "oh, he shaved off one second...and how am I supposed to even know that" and then bam...so many things I had never even seen before nor wouldn't have thought of.

Great job.
yea really nice :). And to top it all with the last queen castle break, wow.
