I made this table. This isn't using SDA's timing, but it shows the difference between stage times.
I'd go through the run stage by stage, but PJ's run comments already do a good job of explaining where time could be made up, mistakes etc. I would however like to state that PJ apparently does not know how sledges work, because that's not how you use them.
