Hello, was looking to see if the online PC game Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide can qualify to be a speed run as me and some of my friends while I have been streaming managed to establish some base times for the any% category and I have had a good 100-200 people so far who have stopped by in my stream and seemed interested/entertained for watching it and this is late at night due to nightshift schedule. Would be awesome if we could get this game registered/verified to be a speedrun game and continue to practice to participate in SDA/AGDQ/SGDQ events and host charity streams too.

These twitch highlights are just for proof that we did it.

All done by my S/A/B team players.

The Horn of Magnus - 10:12:85

Supply & Demand - 5:34:65

The Wizards Tower - 13:34:16

Engines of War - 10:54:19

Garden of Morr - 8:56:00

The Enemy Below - 6:11:19

The White Rat - 6:00:00

Smuggler's Run - 5:25:46

Black Powder - 3:03:00

Man The Ramparts - 5:14:25

Wheat & Chaff - 5:28:00

Well Watch - 14:56:00

Waterfront - 5:39:68

I know we can shave more time off each run and I could get each run into a neat HQ video but I just want to make sure it qualifies first.

The current rules we've established is

Any%=fastest completion time from when the opening cut scene finishes and you are able to move your character and not using the "cut scene glitch" then proceeding to the blue victory screen as end time.
100%=collecting all tomes and grimoire books while still racing for the fastest time.
Minimalist= I wouldn't say there is a minimalist category for this game but technically picking up a tome if possible without adding time might count.

I really hope this game can qualify because I know it would be entertaining to watch four people working together to achieve the fastest time Smiley
Thread title:
I don't know the game, but after a quick search on the internet and after having checked out your vods, it seems like a legit speedgame. I was mostly checking to see if it was an open-ended online game or such, but it seems like there is clearly defined start and end points.

If you have a speedrun you would like to submit here, you can use this form https://queue.speeddemosarchive.com/queue/submission/. You don't have to ask for permission/register/verify the game itself as a speedrun game. If the game is suitable for speedrunning, you can just submit a speedrun whenever you feel like it. The submitted speedrun will go through verification before being published on the site though. In verification, people will have a look at how optimized the run is and check the video quality.
TIOLET!
I had a lot of hopes for this game as I'm really into co-op speedrunning. Unfortunately Fatshark have made it clear they hate speedrunning and are eliminating bugs and shortcuts as quickly as they find them, there are several good runs out there that can no longer be beaten simply because those shortcuts don't exist anymore. I'd say the situation with this game is a bit similar to that we had back when Magicka was a new game, the first few patches the game was broken to hell and everyone agreed that runs would have to wait until the patches settled down a bit.
