Yeah go for it. I played this game quite a bit before moving on to Starcraft.

I watched Orc1 and I think you can cut off a couple more seconds by pulling the peons earlier to help with the barracks.

I did Orc1 in 1:49.767 or 1:49.733, the frame before the victory box, I'm not sure how you count it. I used 4 peons instead of 3.


edit- 1:34 < 2:08

Ok. This went from 1:49 to 1:44 to 1:39 to 1:36 and finally to 1:34. I don't think I can get lower than this.

Finally! I was wondering when they'd begin speedrunning this (I can't, not that good at it).

Edit - It should be ok to put the battle stats screen in at the end of the level.

Another one from me, this time Human 1 which is pretty much the exact same thing as Orc 1. I didn't build a 5th peon because there wouldn't be enough gold left to make the buildings.

I would love to help, but I just am not good enough. I mean I have played the game, but real time war strategy just doesn't fit me. I enjoyed the game nevertheless, and enjoy your speed runs. Great job!

Nice runs. Human 9 doesn't look too smooth. You lost some time at the end, not getting the hero out of the dropship fast enough.

Human3.zip is still the old 4:37.

It seemed that you forgot the 4:th ballista a while... You could have done it a little faster if you attacked with it earlier. You could also have bought some more units.
But great video anyway ;).
