I've finished, I can't be bothered to post individual levels so here's my final stats:

There was one major planning error at the end in that I found that you HAVE to kill Willard otherwise a gate is locked. Luckily I had a bunch of MP5 ammo left to kill him with instead, although I have to finish him with the pistols. It probably takes me a minute or two longer than before, I could go back to Antarctica and pick up a few more Desert Eagle clips but it's not worth it, especially with how nightmarishly hard Tinnos is now.
Depending how I feel tommorow I may go back and redo the last level as there are a few blatant mistakes there which when fixed may save a lot of time (especially if I find out quicker ways to kill Willard with "alternative" weapons).

As you can see a big percentage of my ammo use was apparently at the end, I mess around with shooting at the end and "waste" hits, so I might have got only a few shots missed with that out.
My ammo turned out to be PERFECT, I had exactly the right amount of MP5 ammo to kill Willard without the pistols.
