edit:
mission 5 there were 2 deaths that could have been avoided. at 8:52 falling on the wrong side. at 10:52 would gone smoothly if it weren't for the fireworks timing.
mission 7 at 6:57 didn't go well as planned, then runner then used the noise thing which could have been done the first place.
mission 9 at 2:38 one guard took the unlucky route. again runner did a different distraction that worked and could have been used in the first place. at 4:48 what just happen?!
mission 10 nothing to mention about any mistakes but that was really close getting caught at 11:16
I missed one other mistake but can't remember which mission. like the PC run not perfect run but overall good. a weak Accept

These are just the spots I've seen that could have been removed (edited out) that I've seen so far.

7:22 to 8:09 (failed attempt)
The failed attempts don't count against this run. It just means that the run is made in more than one segment per level. We'll contact the runner and see if he wants to edit out the failed attempts. That's how the current run on the site was done (on the game page it says that it was done in 11 segments, but that's wrong).
Let's see if we can get another pair of eyes or two to look at this one.

I can't see much wrong with this. The shooting range stuff is the worst-looking. I think I've played no more than one game in my life with controller aim so I can't comment much on those things but I seriously can't see a lot of time wasted elsewhere.

Is there really no special category, just any%? Why is it important to get 100% stealth everywhere? Is it just a requirement of the difficulty setting? BTW the difficulty should probably be mentioned in the categories.

A/V: Good

Legit: As mentioned above, the deaths can be edited out later on. This isn't an individual table, but a segmented run, so several segments per level is acceptable.

Gameplay: To add to what Soliduz already mentioned, there were two cases of wrong key code inputs (I've watched a segment every now and then over the last couple of days so I can't remember where, but both were in the second half of the game). Seen as individual segments, I don't understand why the runner accepted those kind of mistakes. But seen as a whole segmented run, the relative time loss is of course small. Overall, I think there is room to tighten this up, but there doesn't seem to be any major mistakes. Even though I can't say much about the strats, the runner is clearly knowledgeable about the game, so I can only assume that the route is quite solid as well.
