The Deed is a game where you return to your family home, kill your sister, and try to frame someone else for it. It's a short game so it should be fine for speed running.
Part 1 of the game involves gathering 2 items. I would recommend the diary by your mother; then either the candle stick on the table or the rope in the cupboard.
Part 2 involves a dinner scene but I'm not entirely sure which dialogue combinations are the quickest.
Part 3 involves killing your sister and escaping. You can either:
A) Plant the 2 items you have in this room and kill your sister with your bare hands (3 seconds until discovery), then run into the maid who is coming to vist your sister.
B) Plant the diary in this room, kill your sister with the rope/candle stick (both have a 10 sec wait) , then run into the maid who is coming to vist your sister.
Don't have any items on you when this section ends as you'll be asked about them in part 4.
Part 4 involves being quested by the detective. The fewer people you talk to the less he'll have to ask you about. If you lie he'll be suspicious and you'll go to jail. I'm not entirely sure which conversation answers are the quickest.
