no, she doesn't cheat. That's the Mockball glitch, which has been known since 2001.

BTW, I didn't mean to be an ass, I just found it funny that the 8th one I did was cheating.

All the Mockball is is a late morph into the ball before you land, then you keep your running speed as a ball.

That's how I do it anyway.

I think that the difference is that in this case it's accomplishing something that couldn't otherwise be done.

All the earlier mockballs are just fast. At 5:54 it's impossible to get through unless you know the m/b trick (isn't it???)

i have a question..

why does the game glitch up during the mother brain battle? you can't see what's going on at all.

I think that's the murder beam (plasma + spazer beams on at the same time). She charges up and shoots Mother Brain right in the face, then it repeatedly hurts her; makes the battle much faster. It also makes the game go all crazy and some sprites don't appear right and stuff. Although, really, I don't know a whole lot about Super Metroid, this is just what I heard.
