Adam 'Introverder' Titowicz's PC easy single-segment run
Verifier Responses

Decision: Accept
Reason: Most verifiers said the run was smooth and nearly flawless. The one verifier who mentioned the PS2 run didn't mention whether that run was segmented or not, and he seemed to like this run regardless.

No cheating, fast run, good form. Good to go.

Quality (Capture)
I don't noticed any video/audio problems at all, everything looks fine.
Quality (Gameplay)
This run is not that great, but it's a good run. The actual world record in 40:xx was played on a PS2(or be, it's a lot slower than PC version) and also on Normal difficulty(or be, the fights against bosses are much longer). This run could be done a lot faster but it's a good run because is hard to finish it by single-segment. The player did some little mistakes when entering in doors, losing the way in some parts(but the route was good) and etc. But also you can notice a great skill when solving the puzzles fast and using the itens really fast in the inventory. About the bosses, I don't have much to say because on easy difficulty they're extremely easy and fast to beat, but I can say that the weapon/ammo strategies used by the player were very good and well executed. I don't noticed any kind of cheat in the run as well.
I hope that no informations are missing

Ello.
Alright, I checked it through a few times. I wish I could do more, but I had eye surgery last friday, so I let my friend type in this for me.
The game was overall in good quality. Also, theres very few errors, and those who are present are minor. I don't know if theres any major improvement to be done, without the use of any so far unknown bugs or anything.
Video and sound quality are good. Game is of high quality as well, and as far as I can tell, no speculative gameplay is in involved.
I say go for it.

Verifier: Silent Hill 3: Verified.
Pretty much as fast as you can do it!
me: anything else to say?
Verifier: Hmm, as a verifier?
Verifier: Problems I have with it? Things I think were well done?
me: yeah
Verifier: Hmm, the play style was nearly flawless. Definitely a well memorized run. It's funny how un scary the game can be if you know exactly where to go and what to do. There was almost no damage taken in the entire video, and the bosses were beaten faster than I knew they could be. Some great techniques used.
Verifier: Most of the game was played with the light turned off so that enemies are less likely to attack. I wouldn't have thought of that, initially, but it's a good technique.
