Yeah, by Minnesota law, we can't even handle donation money (without placing an unreasonably massive $20,000 bond down), so we can't hold your poker money or anything like that. You'll need to facilitate donating via PayPal among yourselves.

Last year we had someone donate the money via their paypal in front of participants, so they knew it had actually been donated. Was planning on doing the same.
