SCRUBATHON III - The Worst Comes First (Online Marathon) (June 6th - June 14th)
After last times success, it is time once again to scrub it up and show the people what can go wrong in a speedrun and have a week of fun together! Last time the attendance was so huge and the submissions blew me away, so that I am starting this summers editions submission Thread early!
First of all lets make a quick FAQ:
What is the goal of this Marathon?
As you can see, the surname suggests it: The Worst comes First. The main goal of this is to give runners that wanna go to ESA/SGDQ or wherever marathon experience if they are unexperienced and have to perform in front of thousands of people for the first time.
That being said, i obviously will still have runners in this that wont go to any marathon that just want to get practice in or show off their game in general and show people that Game X can be a good marathon game!
When is this going to take place?
This time I am shooting for somewhere between June 1st - June 14th. The question is, how many submissions I will get and when people will have time and so on and so forth, so I will have to decide on dates after getting feedback from people when submissions end.

Whats the timeframe for this?
As of now I plan on doing things as followed:
-Submissions until: May 1st
-Cuts: May 1st - May 14th
-Getting feedback from possible runners: May 15th - May 24th
-finalized Schedule: May 26th
How do submissions work?
To keep it as transparent as possible, you can submit your games in this very thread right here. I will have the submissions listed on a google doc tied together with the schedule, helpers and restreamers and all the info you will need.(see below once i have set up the doc)
As for the submissions itself, please follow the following rules:
-Please only submit a max of 5 Games. If you have multiple categories you can play, that will still count towards 1 game only. (DELN PLEASE)
As for how the submission should look, I will give you an example down below:
Now i know that most people wont be able to tell if they are available in June yet, but thats why I have the Cut phase in May and thats why cuts will take 2 weeks. I will try to get everybody that wants to play in, but I can make no guarantees.
You can edit your submissions if you want to, just let me know about it in some way so i will actually notice it!
Can I help even if I don't want to play?
Yes, yes you can! Stuff like Artwork (Banners/Layouts/Logos) and Chat Mods/Restreamers or whatever are always appreciated! However I would like to wait until May for people to sign up for help, since I will be busy with sorting out runs anyways.
How do I contact you if I have any more questions?
There is a couple of ways to do so, you can PM me here and on twitch, you can go to the SRL IRC (my name is eLmaGus- on there) or add me on skype (eLmaGus1988, make sure to leave the reason you add me in the Contact message).
Commentary
If you would like to commentate for something, hit up the RUNNER, the runner will then tell me that you will be commentating for him. That way I can make sure the runner is okay with you commentating.
