I was once a treehouse
I wonder if my set up for recording is wrong..  I my gamecube's output (the scart cable) into the video/audio thing of my vcr. Then i plug a cable from from the vrc's  RF.OUT and that cable goes into my tv. Then i turn on my tv and set the channel to 0 and see the standard vrc screen (blue) and turn on my cube. The blue screen doesn't change at all and i think the vcr doesn't detect the cube at all.
Any help on how to solve this problem?
thanx

If you've hooked up the TV to the VCR with RF, then you want channel 3 ....
I was once a treehouse
when i change to channel 3 all i get is a snowy screen.. Sad i'll try it tomorrow with a different vcr.

What about with a PS2?  I don't know of any way to get that to play on channel 3, only Video...and my VCRs aren't working with this (I only get a blue screen, also).

Yeah the VCR should be set to "input" ... most vcrs that I've seen will auto set the channel when you insert the cables in though. You can then use the vcr's video out to go to your TV's video in and also set the TV to "input", or use RF and set the tv to channel 3/4.
