Hey guys.
So, I am sure many of us here are familiar with randomizers.
Quite a few retro games have randomizers. Super Mario Bros. 3, The Legend of Zelda, Dragon Warrior and many others.

About a year ago, one of my friends (Megakidicarus) and I were talking about a Randomizer Triathlon, using Super Metroid, The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario World. With the A Link to the Past Randomizer recently releasing, we're now using A Link to the Past over The Legend of Zelda.

So I was wondering if anyone in interested in joining. The race will be held sometime at the start of July. Sunday 3rd (for Southern Hemisphere) and Saturday 2nd (for Northern Hemisphere). So about a day before SGDQ. Times are currently being discussed by Mega and I. It will likely be late night/early morning for the southern hemisphere, or afternoon/evening for the northern hemisphere. We want to try and get it a good time for everyone.

The games are categories we are playing, in order, are:
1 - Super Mario World - No Star Road
2 - The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Master Sword
3 - Super Metroid - Any% (Speedrun Mode)

Mega suggested that, if anybody wants to, they host a "base" stream, like what BestOfNES does with Big20, and have a few commentators.
We'll also need a few people to generate seeds for each game, to make it fair, so neither Mega or I have an advantage by knowing which seed is a good seed. If anybody is up for commentating (and if they want) generating and playing seeds, let us know in this thread.

Unfortunately though, the commentators and seed testers will not be allowed to participate in the race (but if this goes well, touch wood, we will definitely do it again with different games - maybe even bring a few games back).

To summarise:
Games:
1 - Super Mario World - No Star Road
2 - The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Master Sword
3 - Super Metroid - Any% (Speedrun Difficulty)

Open Fields (if you join either of these, you cannot participate in the race. My apologies)
> Commentators and Base Stream Host (if one does not exist, the other can not)
> Seed Testers

Notes:
> Mega and I are automatically down for Seed Testers. If anybody is interested in joining as a seed tester, let us know. Once there are three different seed testers volunteering, those three can negotiate and try to agree on a good seed out of the three they generate each, as once those three have chosen a seed, they can choose which seeds from each game are "race worthy". Since Mega and I aren't negotiating about seeds, he and I will be participating, just as in the dark as everyone else is (this is the nicest I can word it without sounding like a total ass. Clearly, my social skills are outstanding).
> Base Stream Host is can be a commentator if they wish. But they can stand down if they wish. However, if we have no commentator(s), we have no base stream host and vice-versa.

If anyone is willing to try the randomizers, I will provide the links below:
