by the way.. the demo order in that Episode 2 menu is wrong
the secret level (The Underearth) should come after The Crypt Of Decay and not after Ebon Fortress.
the order in your menu is:
ENTER: Play all of Episode 2
1.The Installation

4.The Ebon Fortress
5.The Underearth
6.The Wizard's Manse
7.The Dismal Oubliette

The menu order is a great big 'oops' and will be adressed within the next few days. There seem to be two traditions at QdQ; releasing movies on christmas eve, and releasing patched movies a few days later... 
Those of you who cannot use PAK files now have the possiblilty to download the movie in AVI. It's downloadable from the qdc page at the QdQ website.
The e3m1 problem I can't explain but I can tell you this much: it happens! Try it! It's a known exploit, and not a cheat, just as you guessed.
