Problem when using Anri-chan

Ok, so I'm running into something new. I was wondering what might be causing this message when I try to encode a file with anri. It isn't happening to every file I record from my capture device, but the majority of them. I just recorded 2 files back to back (all I did was press stop recording and then immediately resume again) yet only one file gives me this error in anri, the other file does not. It still encodes everything fine in the end (I select yes), I was just curious about the cause. I'll upload the two files that I used if needed, figured I would wait in case it's not necessary.

probably exactly what the message text says. someone wrote buggy audio code, but the software anri uses can detect that situation and compensate.

Ok, I wasn't sure if it was something I could affect or was just bad coding in the software, especially since it doesn't always happen, so I thought I would ask.
