Congratulations Frezy! I hope you followed Essentia's example and named her after a character from one of your speed runs. Perhaps...Raphael? Lance? Scrooge? No...?
Her name is "Tilde". Should be hard enough to pronounce for English speaking people
I was trying to find a video game-name to my son/daughter. The coolest name I could figure out was Yoshi... But My relatives and most of all Josefine said that we should definitely not use that name =/

Congratulations, you really got a beautiful little daughter And I guess it's not just my imagination that you and your (wife, girlfriend?) look a bit relieved on that picture. Cherish those first months despite the stress you'll most certainly have, they'll be seeming to have gone too fast soon.
And Tilde really is a beautiful name. If you ever should see someone from Germany grin when they hear it, it's because it's the word for this sign in their language: ~

So I finally got around to some more painting, this time in the kids' play room. I've been playing OOT with the boys and they wanted to see "Zelda" painted on the wall.
This idea might invite a massive host of logistical problems, but I think a better alternative to this thread would be to host an online photo album for SDA, like the kind you'd see on a University's website of all its students. Members who wanted to be in the album could submit a photo, like those above (preferably but not exclusively one that would emphasize their face) and a list of their runs or whatever other information we chose to standardize.
It'd then be nice to post official year-end editions of the album, such as "SDA Forum 2010" or "SDA Forum 2011" etc. that could be downloaded or printed. If nothing else, an album would be many times preferable over 50 pages of posts. We probably could not fit everyone on one page that wanted to be included, but maybe we'd have a different page for every letter of the alphabet (if we chose to sort by first letter of last name) or if we don't use last name as the sort then a different page for each ... [whatever we choose as the sorting criteria].
