He's back!

I was really excited when I first discovered this, but there may still be a way to get it to work with a well timed jumpslash.

Too bad it doesn't work in practice, this happened when I was trying to disccover a way into Ganon's tower in the MQ version.

The TAS looks heaps better than the last. Improvement of 1 and a half minutes after 7 minutes of gameplay is very good. Hopefully the rest of the TAS will keep the quality up.

Naturally, the biggest time saver was skipping half of the Deku Tree.

I see AKA plan sub 3 hour SS run, but is it humanly possible? because TAS record is about 2.xx

I think TAS run includes lot normally impossible trick.

He's back!

Come to say it, the reason why I haven't been attempting it recently is because I'm having great difficulty in pulling off the skip in the deku tree. Some good hints would be nice, because the lining for the side jump is hard to get and then knowing when to perform the bacflip is difficult too, the timing is easy because I go 1. chu 1. chu, but I need tips on the other aspects of it. The other difficulty is the bean skip I used to be able to do it relativley easily, but my timing method no longer works I need to find a way to get good and consistent timing. Can anyone tell me any good timing methods and perhaps tell me exactly how long an explosion takes and when the time frame for performing the backflip is, since its getting the the point where I might just sacrifice the deku and bean skip. I also now set FW at the start of Shadow and warp out and set it again before I leave and complete Shadow after Spirit since I would then have the bow.

how that is possible? how you can enter to ganon's tower from there if that load is in another place Huh?

I think the loading point is all around the tower (and its huge) , I can get within millimeters but the barrier very repellent. If you do that without the barrier it works every time, but only in that paticular spot on both sided on the bridge walkway. It might be useful in a segmented run or TAS because it may be possible to get into the tower with a superslide.

EDIT: Someone should check to see whether it possible to enter the tower from the armos room with a superslide.

Nice, yea I do that in the fire temple boss key skip as the last part of the bomb decent. Good stuff.

The slingshot skip is not feasible right now because there is no known way to shoot the switch in Spirit that releases the Bombchu chest...

That's wouldn't be this switch would it?

Is Acryte helping with the TAS? I'd feel pretty comfortable if he was on the job.

Do you think you can get him to redo the deku tree skip and do it much faster?
