either one would work. in the case of parax + miles, they'd probably have to use srl though since neither will use skype nor a mic as far as i know. for me and soupy, satoryu can probably just go 3, 2, 1, go, and something similar could be done for the other racers.
I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
regarding the donation tracking, obviously i'm not a decision maker, but i agree that a google docs spreadsheet would probably work best being that everybody is decentralized, and you can have multiple people editing that with no special coding involved.  it's probably been decided and stuff, but i figured i'd toss in my 2 yen.

If I am currently set up to stream game audio + microphone + computer audio/skype audio all together, while still having just the microphone go over skype, is that ok? Or should I just stream game audio? In the case of VVVVVV that would also include skype audio anyway.
Professional Second Banana
Any runners who want to commentate during your game, please plan on doing so via the Skype call (and just having game audio on your stream).  The person broadcasting the commentary stream and Skype call is going to have to mute the game stream audio in order to keep it from feeding back into the commentary stream, and therefore won't be able to hear any commentary that's mixed into the game stream (which would result in the runner and other commentators talking over each other).

Also, if you are going to be in the Skype call and using an integrated microphone instead of a headset, please mute yourself in Skype as much as possible when you want to type (or otherwise not talk for an extended period), in order to cut down on background noise.
