When I capture my Condition Zero runs there is usually a fair amount of dialogue. When the source is behind my character or to the side it becomes very quiet, almost silent, during the video playback. This is despite the fact that when you watch the actual demo this doesn't occur.

Wha-...?

I doubt I can find a fix for this since it doesn't seem like FRAPS is that customizable...but I could be wrong. It's not that big a deal, but it annoys me.

maybe you have a 4-speaker system while fraps only records the two front channels?

control panel -> sounds and multimedia -> audio -> playback -> advanced -> set to stereo speakers. Depending on your sound drivers and/or CS:CZ you might have to change the setting somewhere else.
