my friend's interested in bhopping, which wouldnt be so much of a problem if there was a 'normal' mouse option.

he simply cant play wif inverted mouse, so im out of options other than to make him adjust to it.

so the question is: is there an option avaliable for 'normal' mousers??

Like Snoop says, m_pitch controls that.

Positive values (ie 0.024) gives normal mousepitch.
Negative values (ie -0.024) gives inverted mousepitch.

it's good to know you guys out there do CHECK the options menu sometimes... there's an "invert mouse" switch there, exactly for ppl not knowing much about console commands.
