Infinite Combo
So I wanted to do something for the speedrunning community in europe since I only see
most of you like once a year, so I wanted to start up one or two meetups a year
in Gothenburg(Sweden)
I already have a venue I can sort out
just shower option isn't confirmed yet but I know the staff of the building so.

How to get to Arena 29 STENHUSET;
At the train station or Nils Ericsson Terminal ( Bus station )
you go south to the big square then you can take the tram
(One of these)
3 Marklandsgatan
9 Kungssten/Saltholmen
11 Saltholmen
its about under 20 minute ride and you get off at
STIGBERGSTORGET
It's really close.
(Will post a map on how to get there from the tram stop, if all else fails I'll drop my number to a few.)
If you do Manage to get Wifi or internet etc

VENUE IS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think a 3-day event is nice since I know
some of you have school and work so weekend is perfect I think.
Secondly, IF we are gonna have a stream (if everyone agrees upon it)
My idea was that you can play literally what you want (sort of)
maybe a game you casually know how to run and have a decent estimate for it
or like a casual game that you can beat within the hour etc I dunno
TVs
[TVs CONFIRMED! NTSC COMPATIBLE TVs <3 at least 6 of em]
this was an sort of issue at ESA due to lack of NTSC compatible TVs.
I'm part of the swedish smash community in Gothenburg
and we have withing walking distance 6-8 CRTs most of them same model
NTSC compatible lagless nice TVs.
Venue itself has 2 CRTs (1 4:3 and 1 16:9) 2 Big HDTVs and smaller HD monitors
2 projectors (one in the cafeteria, one in the cinema room)
2 WCs
we have several rooms I have access to so we can store stuff in the main building
while we have a second building with a big room with a stage in it where they
usually have concerts etc (has AC as well iirc)
1 Kitchen (they have HUGE ovens. 1 fridge 1 freezer)
Venue is pretty much 100%
sleeping there is 100% okay
3 Grocery Stores withing 5-7 minutes walking distance
3 pizza places
2 sushi places
and central gothenburg (where things are open late at night,) is close too.
More Information will come up in the following weeks
Sorry for the ugly writing but this is just to see if people are interested at all.
There might be a limit on how many people can be in the venue (firehazards etc)
